to the DEAR drive thru order taker, 8:25am DEAR saying NO to my kids order for a hot mocha latte with 2 cream and 2 sugar was not very nice especially since u called me DEAR, ur customer service skills need work DEAR...if that is how a child, as I mentioned during my order, takes his lattes, why was it so hard to take the order, and have someone else to replace u, and still not adding the child's latte to the order, until making request into a huge issue, what was ur point? Good job ruining my morning DEAR, by the way, I particularly did not feel as if u meant well, truly, calling someone dear means some semblance of respect which u r sorely lacking. How can u do a better job than the poor job u did today? I hope to never order from this location again.

Stopped by the Tim Hortons drive thru around 1 a.m., and it was honestly such a great experience. Our bagel was fresh and delicious, and the hot chocolate hit the spot at that hour.
A huge shoutout to Ems she was incredibly kind, patient, and upbeat even in the middle of the night. My son couldn’t make up his mind, and she never rushed us or made us feel like a bother. Her customer service was genuinely amazing and made the whole stop feel easy and pleasant.

This Tim Hortons never disappoints. The staff is always happy, friendly, and working hard. Coffee’s hot, orders are right, and they keep things moving even when it’s busy. Just good people doing good work. Love stopping here, I wish I could remember the names of the two younger guys that work there both of them always are so smiley and happy!
