I really like this Tim Hortons, my only complaint is how drive thru orders are taken. Whenever I try ordering a couple of items, they ask “is that it?” after every item, there’s no need to rush us especially when the order just began. It would be better if they just say “okay” and wait for me to tell them when I’m finished.
Easily one of the best Tim Hortons in the city. I can't say I've hit every one in town, but I've seen a good few of them, none of which match the friendliness of the staff. The food and atmosphere are standard as expected of any franchise business, so for me it comes down to the service. I only see the morning shift, but they're always in good spirits and excellent to customers!

EMS served me and not only was she extremely kind, she was so helpful, accommodating, and made my coffee EXACTLY how I asked for it.
I truly appreciate her and will be returning to this location in the future.
