I was at drive thru and the order taker purposely repeated the order , just to get the timing on window? I guess Arcel was taking the order and i am Pretty much sure she was hearing everything loud and clear but she was purposely repeating my order so that she can made me wait and they can get the timings on the window. Please don’t do this it’s so much annoying in the morning. Window timing is not important , Customers are more important please don’t ruin the morning. The reason i wrote this review is that it has been happening most of the times now and it’s just annoying now.
I highly recommend the Tim Hortons location on 32nd Street. The crews were really lovely, especially the supervisor named Cynthia. Cynthia was very accommodating, and she has good interactions with customers. Also, the coffee shop and its washrooms were so clean. Additionally, there was always a friendly security guard and excellent customer service.

I ordered flat pizza chicken Parmesan, I hardly found chicken in pizza .Was this Tim Horton policy to serve only bread on the name of pizza or new employee is getting training! If someone reads this hopefully get back to me
