I live across the street from this Tim Hortons and I always get my coffee and breakfast from here and it was always the best until just recently, the past 3 times I’ve gotten food from there (egg and cheese farmers wrap) and every time there’s been pork in it and due to religious reasons I can’t have pork. Hence me leaving this review and stars for this location. I really hope they pay attention to peoples orders and work on it because the place is VERY clean and staff is very friendly, possibly the best Tim Hortons in the city. Other than my recent bad experiences

One trainee girl and one cashier girl on a Saturday rush morning ridiculous service. Not a single English work spoken. Gave us 2 cup of hot water instead of double double. Shelves are full of flies. These stores are gone to dogs

Definitely would recommend this location. Went there today, it was nice and clean. Food was very delicious and portion size were good too. Loved the cashier their gurleen was her name if i got it right. Such a nice girl. She was smiling all the time, being very polite and greeted us very nicely when we went on cash counter ?

I don’t even wanna give stars to this Tim hortons location. The overall service is the most terrible experience I’ve ever had in my life, I don’t advice people to dine here. Especially that tiny little asian staff named Cathy, who is so rude and grumpy towards the customers and staff acting like she owns the whole Tim Hortons in Canada like what the hell. And I’ve observed that she treats the staff poorly and rude. Stop treating your staff poorly and your understaffed problem will be solved! don’t act like they receive an hourly pay of $20+ when in reality the actual pay is just $15. per hour. Improve your system Tim hortons Sage hill plaza!

Good service, coffee lid is leaking though I got shirt stained. It was then okay after I twist the lid a little bit so the hole on the lid is away from seam of the body.
