We asked for a break down on our bill as we thought the price was higher than we usually pay but the lady who took the payment got upset instead, then another nice lady came back and she kindly explained it to us. As a costumer one has the right to ask for a breakdown. Sometimes is not about the price but how they make you feel when you purchase.

I came in the morning for an XL dark roast with a shot of espresso. The coffee tasted like warm milk and two table spoons of sugar. I did not taste the coffee at all. It was so watered down I definitely won’t be coming back cause of this. Do better

I live across the street from this Tim Hortons and I always get my coffee and breakfast from here and it was always the best until just recently, the past 3 times I’ve gotten food from there (egg and cheese farmers wrap) and every time there’s been pork in it and due to religious reasons I can’t have pork. Hence me leaving this review and stars for this location. I really hope they pay attention to peoples orders and work on it because the place is VERY clean and staff is very friendly, possibly the best Tim Hortons in the city. Other than my recent bad experiences

One trainee girl and one cashier girl on a Saturday rush morning ridiculous service. Not a single English work spoken. Gave us 2 cup of hot water instead of double double. Shelves are full of flies. These stores are gone to dogs
