I was not that much familiar with the menu. But the guy wearing the black hoodie from the drive thru was very nice and helpful. 👍

This will be the first bad review I've ever left. This Tim Hortons is incapable of getting an order right. The last 3 visits here for breakfast, something has been wrong with the order. Today I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 of them were wrong. Of course I had driven home to eat with my family, had to turn around and go back, went inside, talked directly to the supervisor. I repeated what the x2 sandwiches were supposed to be, they remade it, and AGAIN got x1 of the sandwiches wrong. I'm lost for words.... I won't be back to this Timmies

I have been coming here multiple times a day and I can honestly say the experience I had right now was disappointing. The drive thru staff have always been super friendly. Always greet you, always smile, amazing team. However, this Indian lady at the window today was the rudest person I’ve come across there. Zero greeting, zero confirmation of total, shoves the payment machine into my window, stands there silent with the drinks when I’m clearly not paying attention. And then no goodbye, no acknowledgement of my thank you or goodbye, just nose in the air and turns away. This is why Canadians are sick of these people working customer service, because they have ZERO skills. Bring back the team of the sweet Filipino ladies and remove this rude, incompetent individual from the window.

Stood in line waiting behind another person also in line. Service attendant (Richard) saw both i and the other gentleman in line, then proceeded to serve someone who had just walked in and moved to the other side of the counter once done serving the drink before us. I told Richard the other man in front of me was waiting first, and he only looked at me before continuing on ignoring us. Unfortunately lost my business as I was on break and unable to wait for much longer

I’m a regular here — the workers are always so kind and the lineup goes fast. Efficient kitchen, my coffee always tastes great, and the food is always hot.

Routinely time and time again this tims always somehow messes up my order. Down to the simplest stuff they always forget. Only time in this area unfortunately

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to Tim Hortons left me genuinely disappointed. I ordered a regular coffee and was shocked at how bad it was — it tasted burnt, watery, and somehow still bitter. Very bad service didnt expect from this location!!!

Bad customer service. Last two times I’ve been there I’ve asked for a iced latte and they give me an iced coffee.

After several visits and careful observation, I’ve concluded that this Tim Hortons location falls far below acceptable standards in cleanliness, safety, and consistency. Despite the brand’s emphasis on freshness, this store operates in complete contrast to that image. There is no visible fire extinguisher, and cleaning practices are unhygienic—tables and chairs are wiped with the same cloth, which is also used on food-contact surfaces. Handwashing protocols are not properly followed. Espresso drinks are made inconsistently, often by eye, with no regard for measurement or balance. Food items are under-portioned, often stale, and taste reheated. Timbits and doughnuts are over-glazed, thrown together in bags, and end up sticking to each other. Drive-thru service is inefficient, with repeated miscommunication, long wait times, and frequent order errors, likely due to poor headset or microphone quality. Employees speak loudly, often with an entitled tone, and overall conduct lacks professionalism. This is not an isolated incident or a one-time bad experience—it reflects a recurring pattern that undermines the brand entirely. Immediate action is necessary: this location should be temporarily shut down, employees and the manager retrained, and proper operational standards enforced. If corporate continues to dismiss customer feedback under the assumption that “it’s just Tim Hortons,” then the ongoing decline in reputation and trust is fully earned.

Don't go there at all
Everything is bad
The drink, the food, the workers.
Half of the space is always closed because they are lazy and don't want to clean it, the washroom is closed 2 hours before they close the doors
