I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons location. Their employee, Nani has been extremely rude for my past 5/6 visits and seemed like she couldn’t care less about customer service. She literally threw my food at me as if she wanted me out of the store as fast as possible and said making food for you takes really long because this is not a sandwich place go to subway if you want sandwich”. It was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for a place to grab coffee or a quick bite, go somewhere else unless you enjoy being treated horribly and threatened by Nani. Absolutely unacceptable behavior – I’ll never come back to this location again and I’m going to be reporting them to upper management.

Nani at Drive thru is very rude, resentment towards customers, she said ordering food warrants a call to the police as that messes with her service time and she is not serving that anymore! Only drinks are allowed through drive thru, after baseless threats handed me an old cup of coffee saying it tastes burnt because I wasted her time trying to order food.

Terrible customer service, Nani said go around in circles in the drive thru until your food is ready. Once ready we can hand it to you, this location doesn’t serve food in drive thru and if they do a favour process is to go round and round in the drive thru. I think Tim Horton Canada really needs to intervene here and get the sign taken off if this locations policies are completely different than the rest of the organization.

Nani claims she is the owner and manager and to not come here again. She doesn’t like some customers and they are not welcome! Especially if you ask for a napkin or order food.

Wow after reading other reviews I can say I am not shocked at the service I got. Lady at drive thru claiming to be supervisor name tag said Nani, said if I went food I should eat at home or go to a restaurant. Why did I come to a coffee store, she is not serving hungry people like me, she said it is their owners decision to not serve food in drive thru anymore and if I want food I should go somewhere else. Wow just wow!

I don’t know why everyone is dragging on Nani, she’s really nice! Food was amazing and on par with every other Tim Hortons I’ve seen. Staff were super friendly, and the place was really clean. Don’t trust the 1 star reviews left on here. Most are left by people acting very negative towards staff, super entitled, or want to see this establishment fail. “Don’t trust every 1 star review you see,” -Ryan Trahan

It’s was good but there’s a fly around us

Just a couple minutes ago after a long line up at drive thru , I ordered a med Cappuccino and they serve me Latte. At the window I talked to them that it’s a wrong drink , but they denied. I have been drinking Cappuccino from past 20 yrs and really get the difference.
The guy named Travis and his team did not apologize or offered the right drink.
This Location provides the worst service ever.
The management team needs to get them more training.

I wish there was an option of zero star that I could give.

Line inside the store moved very slowly. My veggi wrap did not have a lot of filling. There were a ton of Flys and even wasps inside the store, made it really hard to sit down and eat my meal
