One of rare Tim Hortons where employees are actually nice to customers. Special shoutout to Karolina who has wonderful customer service and I hope to see more employees like her in all locations.
Expect a 20-minute wait for a coffee. Recommend going to the Starbucks just 5 min away in the same strip mall. Used to come here everyday for coffee but tired of the lineup every day. They also won't honor roll up coffee rims. The Starbucks will tho
Absolutely terrible experience at this location , this place needs to be shut down. I specially wrote no bacon and no sausage and they added both in my order and the person the order was delivered to had an allergic reaction and this is just completely unacceptable. Never coming here again and I don’t recommend others coming here either …
I went to Tim Hortons this morning on May 29th and Belinda served my order. It was very nice to meet her and she treated me very well. I am very happy with her. She is a smiling girl.

Service was fast, efficient and friendly
I came in today in time hortons may 14 around 10 am. Music was loud. Playing Indian music. It was inappropriate. Very loud I got a headache. It's not a night club!

Employees too busy talking to each other rather than taking & making orders
Excellent service got my order quick and smooth with no hassle.
I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. Belinda and the other lady working the counter (I didn’t catch her name) was very friendly.
Belinda was amazing and super nice and caring and gave me some amazing suggestions to improve my order and make it even tastier! 10/10 customer service and by far the nicest employee I’ve met at a Tim’s
Good service after a long day
