I ordered two medium frozen lemonades, but I was given two medium classic lemonades instead. When I asked the staff about it, she told me they didn’t have frozen lemonade, only the original. I don’t mind the price difference, but what really matters to me is the poor attitude I received — she didn’t apologize, responded rudely, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.

I ordered few things from this store by skip the dishes . And I was so frustrated when I saw the order . Missing 3 hash browns .and one extra egg and wrong donut . One mistake maybe , but lots is not good for a store . I think manager need to train the team member to be more attention to what they do . Was a very bad experience and I would never buy from this store again .

Worst location ever . Lady in evening shift around 6-7 pm barely speak English . Still fine not a problem but she is making weird faces or laughing on my order . I placed group order for my teammates whatever they like I told her but she was laughing over it I don't why ??? What's so funny Regarding small coffee 2 cream 3 sugar . It's not the first time . I come almost every week . I ignored but today is too much . She barely say Hii and thank u . And sometime they don't even care of customer are waiting . They finish their own work first then they serve . I don't know why they all look angry all time . Sorry but worst customer service ever I received.

Whats with the big guy browsing his phone behind the register? I see you pal. Took my order and didn't say a word the entire time, does he speak? Guy looked like he was in his anime villan arc, was making the meanest face i've ever seen. Legit scared my little boy he started crying in the car.
