This is the worst run Tims in Calgary, every time I get in line I regret my decision to hit up this location, with the hopes it won't be as painful as the time prior. Slowest /Poorest service is a guarantee at this location.

I generally find Tim Horton's food sun par. However, the chili is ok. This time I thought I would order a toasted bagley with butter. When I got it the amount of butter on it was way too much, to the point it was almost unconsumable.

I avoid this location at all costs now. There is another location in Walmart up the hill or one in Evanston or Sage Hill with a drive through you can try. I honestly don't really eat at any Tim Hortons anymore due to lack of consistency and very often poor customer service. I am beginning to think they do not treat their staff well, do not pay them enough or just do not staff adequately. Something that can be worked on by all levels of staff, management and owners.I once had one good experience with one staff member so I increased service to 2 stars to reflect that one employee.

They closed so early every day when I went there. Sometimes before come there 15mins, already lock the door.I said them 15mins left, but they didn't answer. So I was disappointed at the branch.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons location the in the entire country. Then women working here in the morning and vary lazy and incompetent of doing there job I was charged the wrong amount and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. This isn’t the the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Thank fully there are other morning breakfast place in the same parking lot that offer better experience. Don’t waste you money here not worth it!

My recent visit to Tim Hortons near Pizza Hut, on Symons Valley Road around 5:30 pm was disappointing, as the donut shelves were nearly empty despite the store closing at 10 pm. Limited to a few muffins, bagels and timbits, it seemed like leftovers from the start of the morning. I asked the clerk about more donuts, I was told they had stopped making them for the day. This isn't the first occurrence, and it's frustrating that a popular chain consistently runs out of a well before closing time. On Valentine's Day especially, it's surprising they wouldn't seize the opportunity for extra revenue. The policy of halting donut production five hours before closing is baffling, and management should reconsider their standards to enhance both customer satisfaction and staff morale. I understand it's just a donut but it's frustrating because it's always like this around 4pm or later. I don't blame the staff either, I feel sorry for them. I manage to get 12 donuts but feel sorry for the drive thru as they were requesting donuts at the same time and the server had to tell them they only had a few left. There were also 2 people in the line behind me. I hope they weren't dissatisfied like I was.

I stopped here to pick up donuts for a staff meeting. The donuts were rock hard and tasted like they were sitting out for days. How totally disappointing. After mentioning this to my neighbors, i was told you have to ask for Fresh Donuts. Well that won't matter as i won't be purchasing from Tim Hortons ever again. So disappointed.

Went for coffee today at 2 pm. December 28th. Young man serving very unfriendly No response to a greeting. When coffee was ready he pretty well slammed them down.on the counter. A real attitude problem. For the second time this week a young man looking homeless sitting with his full hockey bag in the same seat ,fast asleep . This outlet is the worst in Calgary that we have encountered . Fortunately an A &W is just across the street .

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons in the whole world. I placed a pickup order with a food item and when I went to pick up the food, I was told they don't serve food items after 07:00 PM. The staff didn't even bother to offer a suitable replacement and they said they can't provide a refund and refund can be requested only through the app. When I reached out to support through the app, I was told refunds can be offered only by stores. The staff here didn't even bother to provide suitable replacement or process refund. I am not sure why they were accepting online orders if they are not serving after a certain time. I suggest everyone avoid this store as a whole.

Very poor service, staff is so slow for simple order we need to wait for 10 to 20 minutes, morning time if order by mistakenly it will take 30 to 40 minutes minimum .
