One of the most depressing Tim Hortons. NO music, dirty, staff were slow and not welcoming.. food was very blah and bland. I will be going to the grocery stores for donuts from now on. Tims has gone DOWNHILL. 😔

I ordered my favorite drink — a French Vanilla half coffee. The employee made it with no coffee at all, and when I asked her, she insisted she added it and refused to remake it. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Tim Hortons.

Great staff with good coffee and baked goods. Guneet always remembers my order to perfection which makes me coming back, keep up the good work.

Just got three coffees, ordered 2 cream half sugar but I got 2 cream and too much sugar once I tasted after reaching at my shop. So bad service

Waited 20 minutes, after asking at the 15 min mark, about my protein latte. She comes back saying she can't make my latte, and I can't get a refund. I kept the receipt, so I can waste my time again trying to get my money back. Can't refund on mobile orders-its called theft. Now I'm going to a Tims that can make coffee. And I did contact customer service, and they were as helpful as your liar at the coffee counter. I'm going a different route, as customer service is as reliable as the unprofessional liars you hire. Never going back to that location ever again. And I'm taking the legal route to get my money back as it seems you have an illegal system in place, in which you cannot refund money.

Absolutely disgusting. The food inspector needs to pay this location a visit. Got a breakfast sandwich, the egg was like rubber. I tried to just deal with it because I was hungry, but then I bit into the yoke and it tasted like shrimp that had been left out on a hot afternoon. Pulled out the rubberized disk and saw the yoke was mostly grey. Seriously think I'm going to be sick.

I ordered online multiple times and keep getting my order missing or wrong. I’ve finally went back this time to get the rest of my order I was met with such bad customer service. They don’t care, always check your order.

I asked 2 large triple and 2 cheese tea biscuit #warmed up#
The coffees she served were cold and I asked the change them. She said its cold cuz its triple. But I drink it every single day and I know the difference. She said throw cold coffee outside and she is gonna replace it. That was very strange to me to throw the coffees i don't use. And biscuits were still cold cuz she warmed them 5 seconds. I asked her to warmed them up more like 30 seconds. She answered me we can't say time. She couldn't catch my point . She has to find some another job makes her happier cuz she was very stressful.
