Really appreciate the customer service of this location, always use to stop here for getting my coffee and sandwich for starting my day and they always give me fresh brewed coffee and well toasted sandwich.

I work with youth with disabilities and always stop here after volunteering with one of my youth. Today we made two orders for lunch and after we paid we said they forgot one of our items. We asked to add it and we can pay but they refused saying we did not order and needed to go around the drive thru again
I had to drop off my client and move on with my work day and did not have the time . She was disappointed and we didn't get lunch. We will not be returning. Staff were rude and unhelpful.

It's annoying that everything that we wanted was not available in this location. Hashbrowns not available, no crispy chicken available. Come on! Lunch should be available by 10am.

Let's be honest tims is never good here, we just go for convenience

Staff hate thier jobs and are pretty rude most of the time

Very unsanitary washrooms

The drive thrus go slow even when they are over staffed and when its calm usually there's an employee trying to ram a coffee in my face before I have a chance to pull out my payment method.

Was in the drive thru line and was next to order on the intercom, but they continued taking orders from the other line that came after me. Need to realize how to call on the next customers in line.

I went to this location in the morning to get some breakfast, it wasn’t busy at all but usually they would rush there orders and rush people out the drive thru quick I recommend to avoid this Tim hortons at any cost
. I received a burnt bagel I’m pretty upset, I’d rather starve now will be my last time coming here terrible food and service.

We ordered 2 drinks and waited for 20 minutes and while we were sitting there waiting they completely forgot about us. In the end we got our drinks but if you're trying to grab something quick and go not the place to go.

We went to the tims at 5279 72 Ave se calgary through the drive through. I did have a big order. Two farmers sausage breakfast wraps with no Chipotle, breakfast sandwich bacon on English muffin, 4 cheese bagel with butter, 2 med peach quenchers they were supposed to be with lemonade but they didn't have it so it was sparkling, medium ice capp, I wanted a large but they didn't have that and 50 pack of timbits, all just under 40 dollars. We get to the window i use my scan and pay. They give us our drinks and bag missing one wrap. Telling me to have a good day, uh.... I told them one wrap is missing the lady who was not even the one i was dealing with at the window started arguing saying that I have two, I didn't have two and stated that again. One of the guys gave me our second wrap. It was cold and had Chipotle on it. So gross. They tried to get us out of the drive through without our timbits as well. The arguing, the cold wrap with sauce we specifically requested not being on it was frustrating. The arguing is what this review is based on, i know products run out and the little things happen. I'm an avid tims customer spending more than I should weekly on the product/company, I have had many random issues that I have not addressed such as getting the biscuit instead of English muffin, little things. This lady just soured my experience I will not be going back to this location. I'm still on the fence if I'll go back to tims at all because the majority of my experiences have been fine.
You need to do an overhaul of this location including some firing.
