The guys here are crazy they don’t know how to talk and how to serve i was waiting in drive thru and i didn’t hear anything for 5 minutes then i moved to the window, and they said go back in line and do that again and i don’t think the till in window is broken or something. I don’t know why they take out their frustration on me instead of taking my order, they done nothing but wasted my time and the manager as well was not doing his job as she should. I don’t why the owner hire these kind of employees who don’t know how to serve customers specially in drive thru they are chilling with each other and do nothing at all.
I didn’t wanted to give even 1 star but there wasn’t any option and i also think that the owner of this Tim Hortons doesn’t care at all!!!
There was one more employee who was so rude at the same time but i couldn’t get her pic!
I will never come here!

This is the worst Tim Hortons that I have ever been to. The people working there clearly don't care about their jobs. I been here multiple times as it's very close to my place of work, and every time without fail, my order has either come out wrong, and or has taken way too long. The time I come in the morning rarely has anyone else in the drive through or inside, so it's not like they're even busy!! I will no longer be going to this location

This place has to be the worst tim hortons on 52nd they gave me a half filled bowl of garbage and the girls are so fast throwing food out the window during a rush the lid fell off handing it to me. SLOW DOWN and make the food correctly. will not be returning.

It’s been several times that they give me the wrong order, I always have to reorder at the window. This last time I ordered a chicken bowl, I mentioned it at least 3 TIMES, and when I got to the window they asked me if I wanted a chicken wrap instead because they had prepared a wrap when I clearly told them I wanted a chicken bowl, when I finally got my chicken bowl, I opened the lid and it was incomplete…..

Customer service is zero . The employee taking needs more training how to serve with smile . And I understand cleaning floor is important .when I was eating in the dining hall i noticed . Employee should understand which area needs to be cleaned first . Employee was Moping near the Customer table and hitting table multiple times. Employees needs more training.

I ordered my favorite drink — a French Vanilla half coffee. The employee made it with no coffee at all, and when I asked her, she insisted she added it and refused to remake it. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Tim Hortons.
