I have visited this location multiple times and consistently faced issues with the preparation of hot beverages, especially the double-double with espresso. Despite ordering different drinks, they were not prepared correctly. It appears the staff often make assumptions rather than listening carefully to the customer’s request, which results in dissatisfaction and frustration.

Additionally, although there are two ordering stations available inside, only one is typically used to serve customers. This slows down the service unnecessarily and creates longer wait times, even during busy hours. Efficient use of both order stations would significantly improve the customer flow and experience.

Another area that needs serious attention is customer service. The staff should be trained in basic service ethics—such as active listening, polite communication, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and using positive body language, including a simple smile. These small gestures go a long way in creating a welcoming and respectful environment.

Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

Most messed up service I have ever seen they just take the order and then made the customer wait for 15-20mins and when you go and ask them they gorget about your order

The cashier working an hour ago, was horrible; if you sell a customers 4 pack of twist bread. Don't only put in one; other locations don't do that.

I come here a lot with my girlfriend, and my step son. Almost every single time our orders get read back wrong, and they say something that would have nothing remotely to do with what I ordered. Today at 12:40 I was at your location, and the woman running the drive thru window Mandeep did not recieve my order at all, and only charged for the large ice cap. She continued to argue with me saying that was it, I had asked to please re check the order. At which she got more irrate, and the staff in the back was giggling and saying obscenities in hindu. You think I can’t understand?, swearing is so unprofessional. I then received my order with no apology, nothing. No accountability, disgusting. Whoever runs this tim hortons really needs to do a deep dive into who they are hiring, there is no excuse. Tim hortons in general has left a bad taste in my mouth, being a customer for over 20 years, in the last 4 years it has severely gone downhill. Your employee’s attitude is disgusting, and despicable. Cannot receive simple information correctly, nor relay that information. I really hope there is a change in the tim hortons industry as a whole.

When I was there and I was the only person in line and it took them 25 minutes to serve me and when I was staying to get back to work and them when the girl did serve me she was why to slow. And it had took her like almost 15 minutes to get my order completed and I was late getting back to work and I had asked for homestyle biscuits and she give cheese biscuits and I had got her to change it and it seam like that her is not listening to the customers at all. And I don't think that I will be coming back cause where the server is to slow and she don't listen to customers and I used to work for tin hortons or like 18 years and I was alone better then that. And I don't recommend any one to go cause they will just laugh in your face when you till them that you have to get back to work or if the service is bad and they will laugh at you for no reason at all and I think that they need to get raid off two or three girls cause they are very rouge to customers and I know that you are not be like that towards customers. And as long they are still there I will not be and I will make sure that Noone else will not as well.

I went to Tim Horton's today hoping for breakfast at 9:30 and they had no scrambled eggs. The lady working the drive thru was friendly and apologetic, however it doesn't change the fact that they don't have the very thing they are advertising HARD these days. So disappointed in Tim's lately. Do better.
