I’ve bought a doughnut with chocolate on the chocolate is not supposed to melt in the bag and that’s what happened and when I took the donut out of the bag all I got was the doughnut there was no chocolate on it. This happened twice If the Chocolate is still gonna be melted then you should bit it in a box instead of a bag just so no problems happen with other customers

The chicken soup was terrible, causing me to vomit. Uncooked vegetables. I will not eat here again.

First I'll say I go to this location often and appreciate the friendly staff however the food I received today was beyond bad. I ordered 2 Ryan's bowls for my partner I. First I noticed the bottom of the bag was sopping wet and seeped through the bag onto my car seat. When I got home with the food we both tried it and either the sausage or egg was completely rotten. Had a very rank taste and smell. As someone else on here said I think I'm done with Tim Hortons. Worst quality fast food out there!

Tim hortons has fallen to new lows never again....from some one who has sickly bought over $100 000 in there products

Friendly staff and its clean. But the poor review comes from service. They pay far far more attention to mobile orders than they do the lineup of customers in the store. Given that this location does NOT have a drive-thru you would think it would pay attention to their walk-in customers more.
Most of the time they only have one till working and that same employee is the one making your order so the lineup can be quite slow.

Always a great experience here!

This Tim's is good. It's a full Time Horton's, so they have it all. My favorite things to get here are Sausage and egg on a croissant and some tim bits. The sandwiches are also pretty good. Fresh and tasty.

Parking: It's in a strip mall with other shops. At peak times, it can be a little difficult to find parking, but there is also plenty of street parking very close.

Shaddy staff, zero service just tryna rush you out and they wrong charge you please always ask for ur receipts and double check as they don't care but extra 2-3 dollars everyday adds up just my 2 cents on the topic do what u gotta do.

I logged in to Google just to leave a review, that’s how frustrated I am with this location’s lack of attention to detail.

One of my recent visits, we ordered a meal/combo which did not come with said hash brown. Paid for it, didn’t get it.

Today, I order a large soup meal with which they give you little packets of butter. Of course, they give me butter packets that were partially open, which melted through the bag, and through to my car seats and clothes. It also left a pool of butter on my soup lid.

Thanks for the free mess, I guess.

I had bought a farmers wrap and quencher from this place and I specifically asked for no sauce on my wrap, it came with sauce and they refused to fix it and the quencher came completely flat

Don’t waste your time going to this location - just a bunch of kids being managed by a woman who doesn’t care at all.

The drink you order will be half full of what it’s supposed to be and then filled the rest of the way with hot water. They do this blatantly in front of customers and do not care.

Don’t waste your money or your time.
