This Tim's is good. It's a full Time Horton's, so they have it all. My favorite things to get here are Sausage and egg on a croissant and some tim bits. The sandwiches are also pretty good. Fresh and tasty.

Parking: It's in a strip mall with other shops. At peak times, it can be a little difficult to find parking, but there is also plenty of street parking very close.

Shaddy staff, zero service just tryna rush you out and they wrong charge you please always ask for ur receipts and double check as they don't care but extra 2-3 dollars everyday adds up just my 2 cents on the topic do what u gotta do.

I logged in to Google just to leave a review, that’s how frustrated I am with this location’s lack of attention to detail.

One of my recent visits, we ordered a meal/combo which did not come with said hash brown. Paid for it, didn’t get it.

Today, I order a large soup meal with which they give you little packets of butter. Of course, they give me butter packets that were partially open, which melted through the bag, and through to my car seats and clothes. It also left a pool of butter on my soup lid.

Thanks for the free mess, I guess.

I had bought a farmers wrap and quencher from this place and I specifically asked for no sauce on my wrap, it came with sauce and they refused to fix it and the quencher came completely flat

Don’t waste your time going to this location - just a bunch of kids being managed by a woman who doesn’t care at all.

The drink you order will be half full of what it’s supposed to be and then filled the rest of the way with hot water. They do this blatantly in front of customers and do not care.

Don’t waste your money or your time.

Asked for bacon on my bagel belt. B.e.l.t
Bacon,egg,letice,tomato…… was asked three times if I wanted bacon or sausage which I repeated bacon three times and still got sausage. How does that even make sense it should always be bacon if that’s how it’s advertised and sausage if asked.. not like that matters when they don’t even listen..

Went to this location on Sep 1 around 9:30am and ordered two bagels and 2 drinks. Walking in I noticed an older Caucasian lady with short hair walk in after us, she was wearing a purple top and thought to myself, nice, same color as my top! Walked inside and lined up, ordered our items. We were still paying and I turned around and noticed the same lady already in the food waiting area. She already had a drink, didn't think anything of it. Until our very specific food order came out in a bag and she grabbed it. My partner and I thought, should we tell her it's ours? My good heart thought, what are the chances but maybe she ordered the exact thing! We waited a bit then asked the employee who was making our food, if that order she made was specifically what we ordered.. she said yes! Unfortunately that lady stole our order.. and now come to think of it, we didn't see her order or pay for that drink she was holding either. Hope this does not happen to other customers, wanted to let the store know so they're aware this could happen again. Besides this, Nigel, employee who took our order was nice and all other employees were quick and friendly! Thank you!

I bought hot coffee thru mobile phone and when I pick up my order and they serve me a cold coffee for 2 days straight!! then when I ask the staff this is not hot, she leave and talk to her co-worker, she said ( HINDI DAW MAINIT ) louder voice ) yeayea. you can use your language outside of your work! she's not fit for this job serving people her attitude was not good example!!!!!!

I used to go to this specific Tim Hortons for the last 6 months. I do a beautiful half hour walk around the lake and I go get my coffee and a bite.
It has been noted for the last few months that service has declined. There is no Caucasian service. Sometimes there is a lot of language barrier and there is missing items even though they are on the menu
So I did a 45-minute walk to come to your beautiful facility
To get told that I could not order my specific breakfast because you guys do not carry it. No more though. It is still on the menu and there is no warning attributed to that situation.
So me and my family will gladly spend our time walking towards another location instead of spending our money at Tim Hortons.

It seems that since the change of ownership has happened, quality standards have dropped and the staff is non-local anymore.

We will support local stores with local staff with local religions.
