I am very disappointed by this place. It is close to my house so I wish I could keep going here but it’s difficult when they continuously make mistakes to my order. Yesterday I came in at around 5pm to get 3 drinks and a donut. It took a long time to get the items, when the lady handed them off she was pleasant and smiled, something that usually doesn’t happen as the employees seem so stressed all the time. When I got home I realized I had been given the wrong drink. I had received a peppermint hot chocolate with no whip cream when I had ordered a peppermint white hot chocolate with whip cream. My friend was so disappointed as the whip cream is her favourite part and she does not like regular hot chocolate. Then today my boyfriend ordered through door dash to my house from this location and they forgot to give a Biscoff croissant. I will have to stop ordering from here, very disappointed in the service.

horrible service I gave this one lady 2 $5 dollar bill for a 5.30$ 20 pack of timbits I said oh I got 30¢ could I get my 5$ back? (Makes her life easier btw she doesn’t have to do math) she said no and ing bored me till I had to make a scene and fight back for it. Wow make sense why you guys are in the 3 stars on Google. Not to mentioned she started dumping Tim in the box when I asked her nicely if I could choose mine. My timbits were smushed too like cmon.

I love going to this store as I always see a warm smile. Staff are friendly and always do their best to get your order done quickly. This is my go to Tims store.

Mixed my items, forgot my items and were not polite, i do not reccomend Messed my order twice, then told me my order wasn't my order, then never said sorry for inconvenience nothing, had to go back in resturant after I realized they didnt include all items I ordered. And they didnt even have it ready I had to ask them again, and remind, horrible service,and the DONUTS WERE DRY AS HELL, like they sat out all night

Employees don't complete orders on the screen so you Wait 5-10 mins for coffee that has been made and sitting on the counter. Order is usually wrong. No drive thru. Now i remember why I stopped going to tims.

There’s this one employee and I don’t remember his name but he was wearing glasses There’s one employee I want to highlight, though I unfortunately don’t remember his name — he was wearing glasses. He was incredibly helpful and gave me some of the best hospitality I’ve ever received. He was patient, kind, and reassured me to take my time. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I often worry about holding up the line, but he made me feel comfortable and understood. He even noticed my hand shaking and immediately knew how to help me calm down, which honestly meant a lot. Employees like him truly make a difference and deserve recognition, if not a raise. He went above and beyond in a way that most people wouldn’t even think of. The food was good and the service from him was outstanding. I rated the atmosphere a 3 only because there was some mess in the area, but I understand that customers don’t always respect public spaces and staff can only do so much. Overall, I had a really positive experience, mainly thanks to this employee who showed genuine care and patience.

Gabriella was the name of the supervisor who pretended to be a manager. Shes absolutely insane, extremely rude and provided no customer service whatsoever. She make faces when we tried to explain that the orders she served us is cold and no one could ever eat a sandwich like that. She refused to even microwave it, instead responded very poorly with rude comments. One of the employee helped us and tried to explain theyre all tired, HONEY GO HOME IF YOURE TIRED. Everyone’s tired dont make that as an excuse to be rude to people, what kind of place is this? I was gonna make a formal complaint but ofc this Gabriella lady kept dropping the call, lady I needed to talk to the actual manager not to a manager wanna be smh!! Dont ever go here if you don’t wanna ruin your day.
