Tim Hortons

I have been going to Tim Hortons for over 20 years buying honey crullers, my absolute favorite.
Today, I bought one from the McKenzie town location and there was a funny flavor that lingered in my mouth.
I bought two medium Ice Capps that were good, so I felt the staff should know because I have never had to bring one back.
Sure there have been times where maybe the coating isn’t fully covered, but I’ve never returned one.
I told one of the cashiers and she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I figured, sure, maybe their machine needs to be cleaned, but the rudeness coming from “Gabriella”, the manager.
Rolling her eyes at me, whispering something to the employee beside her.”
I told her that it wasn’t necessary to roll her eyes and whisper another employee like I am not even there, but she became extremely defensive and continued to whisper further.”
I have never felt so uncomfortable, I am only trying to help, as a repeat costumer, I enjoy quality food.
The women working there, they don’t smile, they are rearranging the baked goods while expecting you to talk loud, telling them what you want, but you have no idea if they heard you because they aren’t looking at you.
So impersonal.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service by the female stuff. Such unwelcoming staff. Never visiting them again. High time to hire better staff that can serve the customers well.

Coffee was not good by taste and I complained about that they denied. They didn’t even change my coffee and ask me to buy another coffee. It was so bad.

I visited this location for the first time to enjoy a meal and chat with a friend. We ordered coffee and soup, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of customer service from the female employee. It felt as though she wanted us to leave quickly, which was disappointing, especially since it was very cold. I hope they can improve their service to create a more welcoming atmosphere for customers.

I was really disappointed this morning when I went to buy my breakfast. The staff were chatting and joking with each other, not paying attention to customer orders. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a regular coffee, but when I started eating during my drive, I realized I had been given ham instead. The coffee was also overly sweet and creamy. This was a total disappointment. Management should educate their employees on the importance of focusing on customer orders and providing better service.

Went here multiple times. Tried to get an iced coffee once and some lady said that I couldn’t and to order something else, without a reason. Their breakfast sandwiches are always made sloppy. This time around I went to get a blt and they said that I wasn’t able to get a normal blt, whatever that means, so it was made with a bagel instead. This location sucks. Bagel wasn’t even toasted ?

Well cleaned Tim Hortons location. A very speedy service. Just hard to find in the Plaza as the store is located in the inner corner. Wish there was more directions to find it easier.

Out of this world, crazy that you can’t people can’t even make a double double. Like, It’s harder to cook a meal than it is to make a double double how do you people survive?

Second time I've been in and ask for dark roast, DR is written on the top but it is not dark roast. Had someone else try the coffee and they said it tasted watered down. Tried calling to speak to someone and no answer twice, not impressed and would like the last two coffees replaced. Can someone get back to me, thanks!
