No product on the shelves and super rude staff. Slower service than a sloth at a DMV. Not worth the headache at all.

In the midst of a snow-blanketed drive,I sought solace in Tim Hortons, alive.Ordered ahead for a seamless glide,Sausage Grilled Breakfast Wrap, by my side. With a Wild Blueberry Muffin to savor,Warmth enveloped, a delightful flavor.Inside, a cozy haven, atmosphere just right,Tim Hortons, amidst the winter's bite.

The food at Tim's has gone down hill so bad. Small wraps with uncooked bacon. The bathroom has freezing water and temperature. No paper towelThe seats for people are right beside the waiting area for your food. It's very tight courters. The location is terrible.

It always worries me when the workers seem to be there against their will. Timmy's should offer the employees more incentives instead of the customers. People are always going to hit up Tims for java and grub. I'd rather have a happy server than a 5% discount.

This used to be my favourite location. I think they changed the manager because the service is going down plus they are charging for the paper bags. I’m just a client but a very good one. Not gonna stop at any Tim’s location if I have to pay for a paper bag.

If I could give a 0 star I would do it. I got a breakfast sandwich, chocolate milk and croissant for my daughter. I asked the lady who makes coffee today at 10:46 am if I can get a jam and she said you have to pay for it.... unvalibable to charge someone for a little bit of jam ..

The female employee as t this location doesn't understand customer service. The first time at a Tim Hortons where I truly felt not valued as a customer. Will be avoiding this store like the plague. The Male employee tried to make it right but then was disciplined after on doing the right thing. I feel that their roles should have been reversed.

It was very messy. There were food crumbs all over the available tables and food crumbs on the floor. Service was not good, we waited, not to be served, no line, only us, with 4 staff behind the counter. Oh Well we all have bad days at work. I'm not a Tim Horton fan so I'm not worrying about going back. I just took a friend because it was close by and he wanted to go. A clean house is a happy house even at work kid's ?

I brought my 90 year old father here Dec 12. 2023. 1:00 pm in the afternoon. We stood there for 5 minutes (no one else standing there to order) as we watched the 4-5 staff scurry around behind tills like I there was a drive through. I was informed later there was not. I don't know why they were so busy everyone was at their table eating. My father asked the girl looking at him for asparagus soup, she glared at him and walked away doing whatever with a bad attitude, no smiles. So we stood there shaking heads and waited longer until a young guy helped us. He also had poor communication and no customer skill, canceling my order 3 times until he got it right on his 4th attempt. The tables hadn't been cleaned and there wasn't one clean table available so I wiped crumbs onto the floor with my coat sleeve so we could sit. Yuck. Food all over the floor probably cause everyone else did the same. This review is true and not biased in any way, it is the truth. It just makes me wonder if these staff have any pride in their work here. "No matter what you do for a living or what you get paid". DO IT WELL! or move on. To add insult to injury staff walks up to table and asked if sunglasses (I was holding) were mine because someone called losing theirs. Absolutely no etiquette whatsoever. Lol, it's sad. My first, and definitely my last visit here.

They never understood me when I was ordering and I literally had to repeat myself 3 times, for a simple breakfast order. I was very ready to walk out!
