Came thru the Drive Thru @1045, AT the window was told that I cannot add “food” at the window as this is not allowed and I would need to drive back around.. this was a surprise to me as I have never been told that I cant Add a Bagel! I called to speak to the supervisor as I have not seen a Policy, Or a sign that stated that! She stated that there is a timer that they must meet and I guess that is most Important than customer service. There waa no apology offered! I would like to know IF This is. POLICY and where is it posted that you cant Add a food Item at the window.

Store was clean, staff were friendly and the manager at this location always goes above and beyond with the hockey card trade nights. All of the staff are inclusive and really get the kids involved. My kids look forward to going!
