Even during busy times, everything runs smoothly and the team makes you feel welcome. I don’t know why the regular people/ person who normally work there was not working but whoever the new employee specifically, the person serving me was rude, slow, and lazy This was the only good Tim Hortons I have found in the city, guess I will just have to go to okotoks. Either put him in the back or cleaning toilets cause he is not the employee that you should have serving.

I selected an offer on my Tim's reward app. They 'scanned' my card, but the offer never went through. I ended up paying more than I would've if they had actually scanned it properly and checked. So I lost out on my offers and my reward points. Not the first time this has happened. It's ridiculous. Might as well go to McDonald's right across where I know my rewards WILL go through.

This Tim Hortons has completely different renovations compared to others! I’ve never seen such a cozy and stylish Tims in Canada, and the people are so friendly!
My favorite go to coffee shop has always been and always will be Tim's!! It was wonderful to find one with an outdoor patio. it was sn amazingly beautiful morning to sit out snd enjoy my coffee and my company!!

At this point there is no point in saying things like no mayo or tomato on a sandwich because when you go through the drive-through, they’re gonna do whatever they want . As usual, not only was the woman rude who was taking my order when I simply asked if they served chai tea, But I specifically said no tomato no mayo on my sandwich and as you can clearly see below, It has both. Customer service terrible. Waste of money because I’m not eating the sandwich and I refuse to drive all the way back. When you call, nobody answers the phone and there’s obviously no book that they’re gonna write down your information in so what’s the point? Tim Hortons will never be getting my business ever again. They do not care about customer satisfaction, professional customer service, and ensuring that orders are right.
