When I saw how small the donuts have gotten I let the cashier know how I won’t be buying another donut from Tim’s. I also noticed how small the muffins have gotten.

Tim’s needs to change the name of their donuts to mini donuts, and I’m talking about all the donuts. My favorite donut was the crueller but now that they are the size of my fist I will never eat another one from Tim Hortons. Families are struggling to feed their kids and all Tim Horton thinks about is their own pockets. Shame on Tim’s for doing this.

I place mobile orders here often, and the amount of time to get the order is ridiculous. I place the mobile order to speed up the process, and it arguably takes way longer. Would not recommend this location at all

I’ve encountered two frustrating issues during my recent visits. My usual order is half coffee half French vanilla and it does taste so bitter at this location I have no idea why. I am not sure if it is the machine or the way coffee is made. The second thing is Despite scanning the deals as instructed, they did not go through at checkout. This has happened multiple times, and it’s been quite disappointing. From what I understand, the deal needs to be scanned or activated at least an hour in advance—which seems both impractical and unclear for regular customers.
This experience feels unprofessional and has impacted my confidence in using the app for deals.

I hope you can review this process and consider a more seamless experience that reflects the quality and reliability we expect from Tim Hortons and the local locations.

Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich, left the drive-thru thinking inside would be faster. Unbelievabley slow. 30-40 cars might have passed through while waiting. I got a refund and left.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I went back to let them know my wrap was a mess—egg, cheese, and sauce were everywhere. The white female staff member at the counter took the wrap, threw it in tge garbage, rolled her eyes, and turned her back on me while I was still speaking. To make things worse, she prepared my new wrap using the same gloves she had just used at the till. She called out my order and placed it on top of the pastry case without making eye contact or saying anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I expected better service.
