Comfy place with sketchy guests. When school is starting in the mornings or when school ends in the afternoons, it can be ultra packed and insane. Staff is a little slow to clean the tables at times but that's expected due to the high volume of people.

I think I have successfully gotten an Iced Cap from this location possibly 5 times in the past 2 years. Every single time without fail, there is a new reason Iced Caps aren’t available. Machine is broken. Machine being “cleaned.” Sometimes no reason. Tonight “The machine is done for the night” at 8pm on a Friday. I have never once been denied an Iced Cap from literally any other location. Yet this one, it’s every single day. I wish I was kidding. I held out hope this problem would be solved after the location was closed for a month of Reno’s, but the problem persists. Half the time they agree to give me one, have me drive to the window to tell me to order something else. It’s infuriating
Ordered online 3 chilli’s 8 chocolate chip cookies and 6pack Holiday Smiley cookies but only the chilli’s arrived. This is an order of a patient who lives in a care facility who has been craving for cookies yet it wasn’t in the order when he paid for everything. Tried calling 5x but no answer
On a Sunday morning this place had no donuts selection, no seasonal specialty donuts, only one till open with lineups to the the doors. Very poorly managed.

Not understanding a coffee order? Not adding extra caramel even though I asked for it and paid for it?

It's a Tim Hortons. It's on a corner that means it constantly causes traffic problems, both for getting to the place and for regular citizens trying to exist despite it all. Clientele are sub courteous.

When I saw how small the donuts have gotten I let the cashier know how I won’t be buying another donut from Tim’s. I also noticed how small the muffins have gotten.
Tim’s needs to change the name of their donuts to mini donuts, and I’m talking about all the donuts. My favorite donut was the crueller but now that they are the size of my fist I will never eat another one from Tim Hortons. Families are struggling to feed their kids and all Tim Horton thinks about is their own pockets. Shame on Tim’s for doing this.
It's decent! After 7pm they seem to run out of alot of items...

The worst tim Hortons I've ever stepped in.
I place mobile orders here often, and the amount of time to get the order is ridiculous. I place the mobile order to speed up the process, and it arguably takes way longer. Would not recommend this location at all
It is a high volume Timmies. Clean. Had a bagel with cream cheese. Heaps of cream cheese. A solid experience.
Orders are hit and miss, hash browns are hard everytime.
Coffee is absolute garbage.
