This place is a positive vibe especially among the team .
My hat goes out to one guy called Leon I usually notice very polite and right on point working inside and cleaning outside too. He reminds of the Timmies we know in the past.

I’ve just had my last visit to this Tim Hortons. Each time I give it another chance, I leave disappointed. Not only do they seem to mess up my order every visit, but the lack of attention to detail has even led me to throw out what I receive because it’s often wrong or poorly prepared. The drive-through is painfully slow, with wait times that make it clear efficiency is not a priority here. To top it off, the staff are unfriendly, barely acknowledging customers. There’s never a greeting at the till, which makes the experience feel unwelcoming and like we’re an inconvenience. Unfortunately, this location does not reflect the Tim Hortons standards that people have come to expect.

I have a few reasonable pet peeves. Firstly, the flat bread pizzas tend to rarely be properly cut. I like to believe that using a pizza cutter with slightly more force isn’t that difficult. Secondly, and most importantly. When donuts are purchased. Putting them inside a small brown little paper bag. When the donut icing smears, melts, rubs off onto the paper bag. You get disgusting garbage crap treats. I do not understand how hard it would be to simply use wax paper squares. Or not to put the donuts face to back. Because everyone loves their donut icing being on the adjacent donuts rear bottom. A lot of locations do this. And I strongly believe needs to be addressed. As it makes me want to stop being a customer. Because I find it so disrespectful. And shows me the kind of forethought that’s put into their customers enjoyment and satisfaction. It makes me feel taken advantaged of. Do you agree? Has this happened to you? In the photos that was a Canadian Maple donut. That’s now some gross ? plan sticky mess. And then four Canadian maples and Boston creams all stuck together. Presentation is extremely important in the service industry. I’m tired of letting this go. Tim Hortons needs to convince me why I should settle for this kind of low caliber of service. This issue happens on the regular. So it’s not like it’s an isolated incident. The entire franchise needs to address this. PLEASE ?

It's just another Tim's, my partner's had a lot of really bad experiences with their eggs but aside from that It's okay. Depending on the person taking your order, you might not enjoy the experience, but overall it's another Tim's.

Steeped tea is never ready to order. Most mornings, the operation behind the counter is so disorganized. Whoever manages here needs to take a lesson from other locations and train their staff better

Man I'm just so upset its hard for me to think.....first off I'm done with drive through telling us to park out front for our order, I use the drive through so I don't have to park. Tim hortons is so quick I shouldn't need to move from the window but if I do I expect my sandwich to have some type of structure and time taken to its creation and not just something tossed in a bag like a moneky would toss its excrement. It's my fault really cause I hold them really low to begin with so I don't know why I'm surprised.....just got me on a bad day I guess. Oh and the soup was not even room temp, a courtesy warning would have been nice..."just so you know sir the soup was just squeezed from the bag". Thank God my wife is eating it at home, that way she can microwave it and use a spoon instead of the knife they supplied us with.

I mostly visit during the morning shift when i am off to work or to start the day.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and always greets me with a smile. They know all of my orders right down to my preferences, which is so nice.

They definitely make my day from the start.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. Ordered through uber eats as follows

2 coffees with double cream, 2 caramilk filled donuts, 1 nuttella donut, and I pumpkin muffin!!!

What I recieved
3 Nutella donuts and 2 coffees, 1 with cream and 1 black!!!!!

Are you kidding me? I recieved my money back from Uber but this is ridiculous! I've also eaten in and had counter service. Every time only 1 till open. Yet there must be 12+ people scurrying around while people wait in line and the restaurant itself is dirty and counter staff don't understand English! ALSO YOUR GENERIC RESPONSE TO ALL THESE POOR REVIEWS IS DISGUSTING!!!! DO BETTER!! Start with new management!! The only good employee you have there is the older Asian woman! ALSO, ITS NOT THAT I GOT THE WRONG ORDER!! MY NAME ADDRESS AND ORDER WERE ON A BILL STAPLED TO THE SEALED BAG!
