Please either put a sign on the bathroom saying it is locked unless staff open it, or just leave it unlocked. I tried to push it open repeatedly as there is zero signage indicating the door will not open when it says vacant.

The most worse coffee ever , every time I ask them for a dark coffee they gave me a garbage taste of coffee , I don’t know wether they make it wrongly or they mistakenly gave me different type of coffee . They don’t know how to make a coffee what a waste of time and money
Not crowded, and clean Tim's. 😊

Overall I'm done wasting my time at this Tim Horton's. Running out of food by 1pm regularly ,closing an hour early and most times if you can get your order filled it's just slapped together. No pride of any kind goes into their job performance anymore. My advice just make coffee and delete your menu from this location.

This place is so cheap or cream cheese all the time and the miss staff from the other.

Olive at the counter is always courteous and greets customers with a warm, genuine smile. She never fails to ask how your day is going and consistently goes out of her way to be attentive and responsive to every customer's needs.

Restaurantji Recommends
Had a gift card so thought I’d give it a whirl. It’s a fine establishment inside, service was fine and the atmosphere is okay.
The food quality versus price is just gone from Tim Hortons. You can spend better and get better elsewhere. I tried the supreme stack which was about $9.50 after tax.
It tasted so so but wasn’t filling at all and i’m not the type that requires much to fill. It’s sad how meh Tim Hortons has gotten quality wise.
So the building and staff is fine, the food isn’t worth it so I wouldn’t really recommend outside of Timbits. It’s more of Tim Hortons as a company quality wise versus value that’s the issue.

I have recently started coming here in the mornings when I am in the area. I was hesitant at first being as there is no drive through and having a brief time window to stop but I have to say that the staff here are quick and the line moves quickly. The staff here are very friendly.

I previously contacted their guest care team and got told it was a restaurant issue and to contact them directly.....which I can't, as they won't pick up the phone or provide an email.
They used to be amazing, now they don't answer the phone, and the voicemail isn't checked. I rang 20+ times to try and fix an allergy issue with an order and got no response, despite leaving voicemails. I hope they go back the way it was before.
