I am a Royal Canadian Navy serving member and today, November 11th Tim Horton advertise they offer a hot beverage. After the Remembrance Day ceremony that I have attended, I stopped by the Auburn Bay station Tim Horton and I had to explain to the lady at the counter. If the owner sees this post, please contact me. Educating your employees and telling them to thank a serving or a veteran would be beneficial for your name and brand. Tim Horton has been associated with the Canadian forces since the beginning. Very bad service and way I was seen in uniform wearing my medals.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, doesnt look like it has been cleaned in days. Dirty sitting areas that have not been cleaned or wiped from previous guests and the bathroom was just gross.

Terrible experience every time I go. Barely toasted bagels that will get squished or mangled, coffee that is either burnt tasting or never stirred, wait times are ridiculous. I live down the street and would rather go to a location further away.

Not impressed I had a $25.00 gift card. Bought a sandwich. The lady told me the card balance was $0.00 That was a lie it had $19.00 left when I checked. I took a picture if it. But the lady took the card and I’m sure pocketed it. I won’t be back. EVER. So I had to pay for my sandwich (which absolutely sucked) then I got took for $19.00 bucks. Good job guys. You lost a customer, for life. I will slam you on any social media platform I can find as well. I’ve had problems with this location before, it’s absolute garbage.wirst tims I’ve ever been too. I’ve heard this from others as well
