Never going to this tims a again. Went in with my mom today. My mom asked for the London fog to be foamey. The lady rolled her eyes at my mom. Went home it wasn't foemy. Nice job tims im done. I suggest going to star bucks if you want good service.

2 times in a row with 4 drinks purchased and not a single one had a sweetner added despite me asking and and confirming it in was written in the screen! Very irritating when the person in the drive thru even confirms the order correctly and then messes it up!

Not a bad location, I’ve been here multiple times. The reason for 4 stars is because the donuts I purchased were supposed to be filled with cream, but both were empty. The coffee also felt a bit watered down. 4 stars for the atmosphere because some tables had pieces of food and crumbs on it. The place wasn’t busy so it’d be nice if the tables were wiped clean. Overall, my order is always accurate and they have delicious steeped tea. Most importantly, the workers are friendly and welcoming.

Please either put a sign on the bathroom saying it is locked unless staff open it, or just leave it unlocked. I tried to push it open repeatedly as there is zero signage indicating the door will not open when it says vacant.

The most worse coffee ever , every time I ask them for a dark coffee they gave me a garbage taste of coffee , I don’t know wether they make it wrongly or they mistakenly gave me different type of coffee . They don’t know how to make a coffee what a waste of time and money
Overall I'm done wasting my time at this Tim Horton's. Running out of food by 1pm regularly ,closing an hour early and most times if you can get your order filled it's just slapped together. No pride of any kind goes into their job performance anymore. My advice just make coffee and delete your menu from this location.
