This location is always nice to visit. Service is prompt, staff are friendly and efficient and it's good coffee and donuts.NO drive thru which is ok by me but might be a problem for anyone in that kind of hurry.This location is highly recommended.

The staff have ZERO desire to work…stood in line for 5mins with 1 person in front of me, no one else in the whole place. The two employees behind the counter made no effort to come and serve either of us, basically dragged their feet over to the counter to take the order of the person in front of me in an unpleasant manner.Garbage on the floor, dirty tables. Just a mess inside. Yet no customers in there…I turned around and walked out. Never seen such poor service in a Tim’s before… not good for their brand I must say.

There's literally nothing good about this place. It has more staff than any tim Hortons I've seen yet it's one of the dirtiest. Staff ignores you, chance of them getting your order right is probably around 5%, coffee is always burnt, can't even make a ice capp properly. You'll literally see 4 of 5 people just standing around or aimlessly walking back and forth. However if your looking for a zombie themed restaurant where you play Russian roulette with your food this is the place for you!

I came this morning to get coffee I asked them please make sure its fresh coffee, they said it is. It was disgusting came back for the second time i told them please make a new one they said it’s always fresh. Its not it was burning hot, they started talking in Indian and looking at me like i was at fault. I used to come here everyday not anymore.
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Came with my family, the place was disgusting. So dirty, tables not cleaned, bathrooms were atrocious. Asked for our table to be cleaned, they used a cloth sitting in a water solution that had floaters… when the table was wiped down it STANK. Had very real concerns that their kitchen was equally gross. Something didn’t sit right about this place. Had one sip of my chicken soup and threw it out, the quality looked poor and the taste was off. Usually love Tim hortons but this is not it for me. Save yourself and go to mahogany, seton, McKenzie or copperfield

They're definitely not worried about keeping this place clean, which is made more obvious by its rather slim layout. There was a low staff level when we visited, but nobody was too interested in picking up the slack. I try not to be too hard on fast food workers, but there was genuine disinterest in the kitchen area that resulted in long lineups.I ordered a bacon BELT that was par for the course, a dulce apple fritter that was dry and had all the filling stuffed into one corner, and a pumpkin spice cold brew that was thick with cream. Why does Tim's and McDonald's both do this? A little cream for flavor is fine, but if I just wanted flavor syrup, I'd order an Iced Capp. Hopefully I don't make that mistake again.Bottom line, it's a Tim's, and you'll get what you're expecting from it - it's just a shame that the bar is so low these days.

What a disappointment this tim hortons location is. I definitely will never go here again. I had an order with multiple items and did not receive the entire order and the sandwich I ordered didn't come with all the toppings. They don't have a display working so you can't confirm the order and no receipt. The lady was quite rude and in a rush so couldn't be bothered to reset the order screen. What a joke this place is.

Probably one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have been to. The whole back of the food counter looks disgusting and when waiting for coffee couldn't help notice that the front also was disgusting. The service is subpar but really need to work on cleanliness of this place.
