I ordered a biscoff, using drive through. To my surprise has no filling and total disappointment. Came next morning to complain just to be told you need to bring old biscoff with lol. What happened to simply taking ownership and owning up to mistakes. I was more then willing to show my transaction on up but of course totally disregarded. The employees had to congregate 4 of them to figure out how to resolve this mystery. I went ahead with my new order that I spent $25 on but very disappointing that we hire people but don’t teach them basic skills in resolving simple problems such as this. Sadly I did not get my biscoff and I just didn’t have the energy to fight this out.

I saw one of your employee using finger to spread butter on Bagels. No gloves. No hygiene.

Always messing up the orders
Ordered xl step tea got coffee sometimes too much sugar sometimes no sugar at all they don’t pay attention to the orders at all

I decided to go into the store versus going through the drive-thru. I was greeted by a young man who clearly was training or close to coming out of his training but new. His name was Ahil.
In a time when everything seems rush rush rush, and customer service is a mindless interaction, he was very polite. He reminded me to use my Tim Hortons card, as well as offered me their newest croissant, which looked delicious and I did decide to buy it. I just thought he had a very pleasant demeanor and smile and welcoming and it made my day.

Slow service. Had to wait in drive way for just one drink even they don’t stir it well and all sugar was at bottom. This happend many times
Waited 20 minutes for a hot chocolate and iced capp only to find out they hadn’t even started making it until I said something. Not even a sorry.

Everytime we order through drive through they are rushing to get best possible window times but never care to get the order right. Everytime I order sausage and bacon BF sandwich I pay for that but either they forget sausage or bacon. Never a single napkin in the bag. I wish they could pay attention to better food and service then getting the best window times.

Also after the renovation this place is really beautiful & has plenty of space to sit.
