they made my wrap wrong i went to drive thru and told j talked to their manager gurl named taran and other name was jasmeet or jasleen i dont remeber denied to give me my order and that girl jasleen i think thats her name was really rude and behave so bad never going back i called back no one picked phone now i sent complaint email to head office

I go here often, usually it's fine. I asked for assorted timbits...I didn't even get informed if they ran out of other flavors...they just gave me 1 flavor aka the plain glazed. Come on guys, at the least you could have communicated it 😔

So this is the closest Tim Hortons to my house and it is consistently disappointing. I give specific instructions and they always manage to make a mistake, I have politely brought it to the attention of staff, and they become immediately argumentative over something as simple as forgetting to toast an English muffin. The coffee always tastes burnt and they DROWN their sandwiches in sauce. If you have another Tim's in your path when your going out I'd suggest visiting anywhere else.
