The lady at the drive-thru was really rude, when I got to the window I had asked how much my order would cost and decided that I would pay in cash. After a few moments of collecting my coins and handing it to her, she then proceeded to scold me and say that I should have had my coins prepared before coming to the window. I didn't know what the cost would be so how would I be able to prepare my coins ahead of time? Plus I wasn't sure if I would have enough coins to be able to get my order. This lady's usually typically very rude each time I go through the drive-thru

This is a business area. Mostly Workers around this area have only 15 minutes of break time/coffee break. They drive to this Tim Hortons just to grab a coffee, but it is extremely disappointing to see Tim staff are busy chating and having a good time inside completely ignoring customer. If you don't want to serve people, then I would recommend you to completely shut down the night service, so people could save their time.

I’m really dissatisfied with the costumer service at this location, I went there 3 months ago and they were rude to me. I gave them a second chance today and they disappointed me again so rude staff!!! Never coming back

Let people know before you charge .15 cents for a hash brown in the wrapper it comes with? Or come up with a better way.Insanely rude staff at this location every single visit.

This locations staff keeps the lights off at night to make it look like they are closed past midnight, so they don't have to work. They refuse to break a 50$ bill when making purchases on multiple occasions despite other locations having no issues.Their repeated misinterpretation of orders, coupled with a tendency to engage in argument rather than rectification of their own actions, showcases a concerning level of incompetence. Improvement in these areas is strongly encouraged.Do better please ?

They are extremely fast when you go through their drive through, but they are so quick half my order was wrong and it was someone else’s, and the lady was visibly upset when I was trying to get the proper amount of cash out for her she told me to hurry theirs people waiting, I said okay it’s only 1 minute calm down, anyway it’s Timmie’s you get what you pay for.

I worked at Tim’s before I know they need to have their drive thru times under 30 seconds but they’re sacrificing customer service and quality in order to be fast. I order a bagel with cream cheese and every single time I get a glob of it on one side which I end up having to spread myself, which isn’t ideal as I’m driving.. and no one eats a bagel like a sandwich. They also never cut the bagels anymore. These two tasks take an extra 15 seconds combined and makes the world of a difference for the customer. I’ve also gone here multiple times at the drive thru get my food thrown at me and the person screams “NEXT” which is a not so subtle way of telling me to get out so their clock restarts. They don’t even let me put my food down before doing this. The management here needs to regroup and consider what they value more: drive thru times under 30 seconds or happy customers. I’d much prefer to wait a bit longer in the drive thru if it meant the care put into what I pay for is better than what I’ve been getting.
