If you want to be rushed through your ordering process and especially while you're paying this is the spot for you. On Thursday I had the worst belt I've ever had in my life. If I had more time I would have turned around but I just went without breakfast that day because it was so bad. I don't know if it was because I'm white. They don't rush their own people like this.

I was very disappointed to come to this location and get denied my dinner. They didn't have any artisan buns for sandwiches, and they offered no other options, just refused to make it altogether. So I waited in the longest lineup to get only a steeped tea, and no food.

I wish to give them a 0 star if I can for their very, very rude, unprofessional and bad service. I ordered four items in my food on the drive-through for me and for my son I paid for it and I just drive a little bit and I check the potato veggies. I just want to give to my son I ordered for him and it was too much dry. It’s from the morning, even the very hard to bite if I take the potato veggies in my hand, even though I can’t twist it.it was very hard again right away I was in the parking lot. I went to the Tim Hortons and I told them I just ordered. I have potato veggies and it’s not a good they said OK come to the window. I went there. There was a Philippine guy one more guy and two girls already there I show them bowl of potato wedges. I said just check it just check it and what you guys think about it. They said what happened I said see it’s very very hard to eat. It’s overcooked and it’s from the long time you guys cooked it. It’s not fresh. I paid you guys for my food and the boy on the window. He said it’s OK we will give you a refund and then other girl said it’s just overcooked otherwise it’s it’s fine. It’s nothing I said listen. I’m also working in a food service It’s not overcooked and it’s not fresh. They did not offer me fresh potato veggies. They did not say just wait or we can give you or even sorry as well right away within two seconds he said it’s OK leave it. We will give you a refund. It was extremely rude. It’s not a professional my request to the management. Please hire some educated polite or responsible staff..
