Bought 50 Tim bits yesterday. Most were stale and hard. Unfortunately, I live 40 minutes away and did not go back for a refund. This location constantly has guys with their signs asking for money right beside the window. Will not go back. This place needs NEW management.

I ordered original blend coffee, fruit explosion muffin and ten assorted timbits all to go. The service was really great! the coffee was newly brewed and the muffin/timbits were fresh. I remember the server’s name was Dory. She was very friendly and polite. Got all our orders, accurately and on time. I would definitely come back here again eventhough I don’t come here that often, because the experience left a good taste in my mouth.

The bread is stone cold and was not even warmed up in a micro wave oven. The sausage and bacon are black and hard from being over cooked. The food is unfit for human consumption. Never never visit this place. You can hear the staff gossiping over the ordering speakers instead of doing a proper job of preparing a hot meal. This is what you get if the staff are from 3rd world countries. Disgusting!
To the lady working the drive thru right now at this time! When a customer asks you for a bag because they have ordered MULTIPLE items, you give them a bag. Your ignorance and sighs aren't appriciated, you are a horrid ignorant human.

I use to go to the Tim's by the Sommerset train station but were too slow so I started going to the Shawnessy location and the staff are super friendly, always greet me with a smile and always ensure I am fully satisfied, I really enjoy the service there, I go there twice a day everyday, wouldn't have it any other way.
