Its been several times now whenever i go to this location and asked for chai tea latte with oat milk 90 percent of the time they refuse it by saying that our machine is not working and if any chance they give it to me they hold me up in the drive thru lane and start serving other customers and when i have asked for it that you took my order and but why you always start serving others first, the reply i always got is that it we hold you up coz our window time is running something like that its very frustrating in the morning like this, even today i have ordered i small coffee with almond milk but they just gave me with a water , such a poor staff . Its been happening from months now thats why i have to write this thing up here .

I went up there just after 11 PM one night about three days ago. I attempted to order A bacon chicken ranch wrap. I could not get it I could not get a sandwich of any kind only pizza. I was a little disappointed as it was a 24 hour restaurant with light fare food. I basically couldn’t get anything except a bagel or a pizza. The excuse was they were cleaning the grill. I think you can pick different times to clean it, but I think it was just an excuse so they didn’t have to serve food. I have worked in a restaurant for 20 years plus. It actually isn’t that difficult to Cook most of that stuff. Work around what you are doing and deal with it cleanup you’re open 24 hours. I actually get tired of this excuse when I go to order food from 24 hour places of Tim’s. If it was five minutes or 10 minutes before close, I would get it.

I'd really like to see times of store (vs drive through) opening included. Especially for a place so close to the airport. After driving multiple hours to pick up/drop off people at the airport it is very frustrating when an open Tim Hortons is open for business but its washrooms are not.

We went to drive-thru around 9:20pm but we are so disappointed with the team member who was taking our order. While taking our order she was talking to someone without even saying - “can you please hold or just 1 moment please”, the reason why she missed some of our order and we need to repeat how many times. When we arrived at the window, the team member did not even say anything - she just get our payment and gave our orders. What is the meaning of this - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. Team members must be educated and trained how to assist customers with the highest expectation. TIM HORTONS😡
