She gave me 2626 Country Hills Blvd NE.
This address does not appear on Google Maps.
I could not find the store.
I had no way to request a refund.

Came for a coffee and do some work while waiting for my kid's sports practice to end. Not busy but tables dirty, and very cold. Checked the thermostat and it was at 19.5 - everyone inside had their winter coats on. Only stayed for 15 minutes and went into my truck to work instead. A little warmer would have been nice.

On over a dozen separate occasions I have ordered bagels, English muffins, and BELTs. Every, single time the edges of the bagel/english muffin is burnt. It is extremely frustrating.
I call in or I return only half the time asking to remake it, as it is inconvenient to make my way back to the store. When they remake it, it is still burned. This is the only location that does this. Manager doesn't seem to care enough to fix their toaster. They make you repeat yourself in this drive thru over half a dozen times for a simple order. I order a regular coffee and I have to state this 4-6x. They also shove the machine in my face before asking my method of payment, which is usually cash. Hopefully the owner will see this review and rectify the toaster issue and train employees to speak and listen clearly over the headsets.
