Try a different Tim Hortons as they will rush you to such an extent that they won’t even let you finish your order. Also they are super rude and sound very unprofessional and are non caring for their bad service. They seem to be okay with being rude and uncool. If you go to any other Tim Hortons you can see the difference.

I went at this location today.When I entered in this location I was the only customer over there.There were almost 6 girls working over there.When I reached the counter, they were busy in talking to each other.No one greeted me and no one asked me if I wanted to order anything.I waited almost 5 to 7 minutes but no one took my order .After waiting I left the restaurant.It was really really bad experience and I will never go to this location again.
I go often to grab a coffee before work and I have realized that when they scan my card that I’m not getting any points. I notice more now because of roll up the rim I don’t get to roll anything. When they had the blueberry fritters they were dry and had no filling in them.

Some of the staff are super rude. I was speaking at the window while she was giving me food and she closed the window and went away. Another employed saw that and opened it. If people serving Can’t serve the people and can’t converse in basic hospitality, it’s questionable why they are there.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Tim Hortons location at 2550 Country Hills Blvd NE, Calgary, AB T3N 1A6, on March 9, 2024, at approximately 9:43 PM.During my visit, I ordered a muffin, but unfortunately, as it was being handed to me, it fell onto the floor right in front of me. To my surprise, it seemed like the staff assumed I hadn't noticed the incident and proceeded as if nothing had happened.I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment of the incident and the apparent disregard for basic hygiene and customer service standards. It was both unprofessional and unsanitary to offer me a product that had fallen on the floor, especially without any apology or attempt to rectify the situation.As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I expect better treatment and service quality. I would appreciate a response addressing this matter and assurances that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from reoccurring in the future.
