And the manager is not professional !
Never going back here … you lost a customer do better ! Treat your staff and customer better ! And your in Canada talk English . Rude to talk a diff language in front of customers

I usually like this location, but today’s experience was unacceptable. We ordered two Farmer’s Wrap combos, and the staff suggested adding a hash brown to make it a combo. What we received were the oldest, stiffest hash browns imaginable it was hard, cold, and clearly sitting out for hours. They ruined the wraps, making them literally inedible.

To make matters worse, after one bite I found a thick black curly hair inside. It’s visible in the attached photo. Absolutely disgusting.

I am beyond disappointed and grossed out by the lack of quality control and hygiene.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Tim Hortons (Country Hills & Nose Hill Dr) for over 2 years, often stopping by 4 times a day. Unfortunately, today I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered, and it happened in the drive-thru.

While placing my order, I asked for a coffee and was taking a moment to look at the menu. The employee taking my order, Nandini, repeatedly interrupted me with “anything else,” dragging it out in a dismissive tone. When I politely asked her to give me a moment, she repeated it again with attitude.

When I responded respectfully, “please give me a moment,” she told me that I needed to be respectful even though I was calm and polite the entire time. After that, she ignored me completely, even after I said “hello” four times. At that point, I had no choice but to drive up to the window.

At the window, instead of listening to what I had to say, she raised her voice, blamed me, and acted as if I was the one at fault. I then had to ask another employee for her name because of how poorly I was treated.

This is not the type of service any customer should receive, let alone someone who has supported this location daily for years. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Management needs to seriously address this issue with proper training.

I ordered a large DR coffee and a medium mocha. Both drinks taste absolutely nasty, very watered down… barely any coffee taste. I went right back to return the drinks and let them know that they don’t taste right, but they were closed. So I guess AVOID TIM’s when they are about to close 😂I left both drinks on the counter 😆

Stopped in at this Tim Hortons recently and had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. Service speed was okay — not the fastest, but still reasonable considering how busy it was. My order was accurate and prepared just the way I asked, which I always appreciate. Overall, a good and reliable stop for a coffee and snack.

It’s fair to say that Tim Hortons has gotten pretty terrible over the years, but I have to say this one is still worth coming to. Compared to the one by my work the food is night and day. I don’t get food from Tim’s often, but unlike my work Tim’s, the food here is actually pretty decent. I don’t have to repeat myself 10 times at this one either.

During busy time this Tim Hortons has people waiting in the drive tru line all the way on Country Hills Boulevard, effectively blocking right westbound line pass. No signage or anything.
