Gave me half a bowl of chili, "forgot" my wedges and a gave me a biscuit instead of a bun. Not to mention the stupid cardboard spoons but that's not this location's fault

By far one of the worst Tims I’ve ever been to. It’s unfortunate they are so close as the service is awful. Mobile orders consistently not made and you have to ask for it when you arrive. Complained numerous times and manager just said “I’m doing my best.” If that’s your best, you should be fired.
The layout of the store is terrible. There are always people blocking the pickup window because it is too small and the service is chaos. Your order comes out piecemeal making it so you don’t know if the food is yours. A lot of customers get frustrated and block everyone else from getting their food while the frustrated customer tries to get everything on their order. They should just close the counter sales side and save people a lot of frustration.
