Tim Hortons

I think it is about time that this Tim Hortons gets a lesson in customer service! Stop the focus on the drive through as the customer inside has just as much priority...what a joke. The staff walk around with no clear direction. Take a class in efficiency! Ive been going to this Timmies before there was even a building!...just an atco trailer at the time and the service was always better. But ever since the new renovations and management change (possibly) it has become a time trap you just cant escape! 0 stars would be appropriate to show the level this Tim Hortons is at and they need to work with eachother to make it more efficient. Use this rating as a way to be better, dont just ignore it!

Their latte machine is always "broken" and today when I asked for them to replace it with a cafe mocha I basically got watered down hot chocolate that tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave 15 times. Worst Tim's in the city

I come to this location often with friends for a study or catch up session. The staff is very friendly while we are there and the area is always clean. It’s the perfect place to come for a warm drink and meal. I have gotten to know some of the staff members and each one has been lovely.

Staggering incompetence. When they kept cutting us off while trying to order, we asked them 3 times to confirm they were giving us what we ordered and paid for, they kept cutting us off and saying “yep, yep, yep”, and of course they got the order wrong. Junk staff working there

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons my husband or I have to ask for a clean table. We end up cleaning it ourselves. Last time someone spilled coffee on the floor, my husband told the staff and they never cleaned up.
