Worst Experience ! I got a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese via drive thru at first and then realized that their is a HAIR in the bagel went in very rude rude staff the lady don’t even want to talk to you might be the manager and then when she realizes what i am talking about she was hands on because she got scared and then she offered me new bagel and even gave me money back but those ladies have the nerve to talk bad about you when you are dining inOne is saying why did you gave him money back and the other one replies that its good i gave him money back what if he complains to head office then it’s bigger problem for us and that while i am dining inWorst worst worst ??

I asked for a large caramel Latte. I noticed the girl making a smaller cup, another told her it was a large. She poured the small cup into the large and filled with hot water. Horrible, it tasted like slough water. Disgusting!

Came to drive thru at 11:30 pm tonight, the guy working said that there is no steep tea as they are cleaning the bowl, told me to leave when i asked him how long, saying that there is only coffee available at this time.why is the drive thru open 24 hours if nothing is ever available, not the first time i waste my time driving there, location should just stay close at night if nothing can be provided.this is the 2nd time he tells me to leave and he is super rude about it.

the staff mess up orders way too much and instead of remaking them they tell you that you have to pay for a new order. there’s also always 7 or more people working on drive thru and it takes around 15 or more minutes for someone to take orders at the registers, why is there that many people working on the same area?

I ordered my drink at drive through and they got it wrong, i told them at the window that they got it wrong and instead of making me a another drink, they just re wrote it on the lid from “TT” ( triple triple) to “DD” ( double double) . Isnt it a lie and a waste of my time, i had to drive back and walked inside the store to get it right. I filled up a complaint form and never heard back again. It s been a few months and i have completely stopped coming to this location.

One of the worst Tims in this area. They recently changed the staffs and one thing I can say is that these people don’t care about your food or time. I had to wait over 20mins in drive-thru, they’re slow and disrespectful.

The Camper

this place is absolutely horrible. They screw my order up twice in one day every other week they're screwing up my order the staff is very rude and it really upsets me. All I see is Indian people not one white person or black person that works there all these people are temporary foreigners. Absolutely disgusting taking Canadian jobs.

First and Foremost I am a big Tim hortons fan. But I had many bad experiences with couple of Tim hortons. However This Tim is a real exception. I am specifically talking about their customer service and particularly about their evening team constitutes of couple of youngsters and their infamous moms team constitutes of some of the most beautiful moms like Stella, Lilly, the Indian mom and couple of other moms. I have gone to that Tim literally every day for 1.5 years just because they were so welcoming, charming and beautiful souls who always make their customers happy. To the Owner of this Tim: Don't lose them, don't just pay them 15s and 16s. They are Gems. Give them a raise. I now have moved to Airdrie. However, i travel 20 kms occasionally to see them. Thanks are not sufficient. Live long moms.. A great example of mother of all customer service. If it's me, I would hire them 100 times .

I have a walker. It was hard to get into the store.Wheelchair accessibility: None, the only ramp to get from the parking is a long way from the door. And the door had a sping that made my walker hard, I can not Imagine.What it would be like in a wheelchair. I don't know
