This happened around Thanksgiving, I came to order two Turkey sandwiches. There was no line up, thank God. I ask for two Turkey Sandwiches and the lady behind the counter her name is Sandy, first thing she said out of her mouth is we don’t have any garlic oil, I said what do you mean, I don’t understand. You don’t have any what? She said it again, we don’t have any garlic oil, is that mean you don’t have any turkey? No we have turkey but we don’t have the garlic sauce to put on it. So I said to her can I get two regardless if you have the garlic oil or sauce and she said that she could only make one, there is not enough turkey to make two sandwiches. I said to her can I just get the one, all I ask her (Sandy) what drink that comes with the sandwich and she said obviously it comes with a drink, and I said to her I know it comes with a drink but all I ask is what kind of drink you get with it and she wave her hand up the screen and she was so annoyed and I told her you it seems Iike you don’t want to wait on me and if you can’t stand your job why work here. So we go on and on and she said that I was pissing her off. So I told her you are pissing me off. I ask her can I speak to the manager and she said they are not here and I ask her can I get his or her name and she won’t give them their name to me and I ask her can I get your name and she would not give me her name. I told her if you wouldn’t give me your name, I will take a picture of you and she just stood there, so I took a picture of her. There was a long line up behind me and there was this guy yelling and screaming, call the cops because he said that I was harassing her. So I called the cops because he was making a scene and no customer was paying attention to him. I think he was on some kind of substance. Cops came and spoke to me outside and he said this will never happen again and then the cops spoke to him in the store but I left. Never in my wildest imagination it escalated to the cops by ordering two sandwiches. So pathetic. People like her should never be behind the counter or to deal with the public, she has no sense of dealing with people. Lack of communication and she has a short circuit. To cut the long story short, the owner of the company called me and he was nice enough to compensate me for the trouble she has caused and he told me that he has spoken to her before about handling customer and this is not the first time. He told me that she felt bad and she apologized for her behaviour. I still go there but when I see her behind the counter. I leave, I don’t want to go through that hell again.

Honestly is not bad for a small store, I made a wired request in the morning like I want turkey instead of regular bacon or sausage if that’s ok for them to put it in a loaded box. And the girl was like ok sure, so here’s how I got my weird loaded box, would come back again 👍

Today at Sept 26 Friday at 5 pm I got an iced coffee there, absolutely disgusting the woman working there was cleaning and didn't wash her hands before pouring coffee, wiping her nose with bare hands. Please have some standards, safe to say I would never come back here.

For management not for the employees!!
One person doing everything I the morning rush?! That is hard! Poor girl.
Why to display full menu when you don't have most of the items ?🙃. I have to change my order 2 times because “not enough scramble eggs, no lattes here, no sauces left” common :/! Makes it harder for the poor girl and is frustrates her and everybody!!
This is a very popular location cuz is after some schools, do better!
Bad job!!
Uniquely bad experience. Cashier interrupted several times. Multiple parts of order wrong/missing. Choose a different location.

The service is fast even though it was quite busy. The staffs are nice. Usually when I go to other tims their coffee is watery but this location makes great coffee. Five stars

Why on gods green earth does management think having one employee at this location is feasible service in 2025? You know, they call it Five Guys, Burgers and Fries because only five is supposed to be a small but effective force. One!?! One stressed employee? Are you trying to kill these people?

I visit Tim Hortons drive-thru regularly, and while I wouldn’t say the experience is anything out of the ordinary, it’s consistently positive—and that counts for a lot these days. I primarily stop in for a cold brew coffee, and I appreciate that it’s always reliably available and well made. Some places struggle with consistency, but this location seems to have it figured out. The drink tastes the same every time: fresh, smooth, and exactly what I need to start (or get through) my day.
What stands out the most at this particular Tim Hortons isn’t the ambiance or any unique features—it’s the speed and efficiency. I rarely find myself waiting in a long line for more than a few minutes. The staff at the window are polite, quick with the payment process, and accurate with orders. Even during peak hours, the line moves steadily, which tells me the team behind the scenes is well organized and used to working under pressure.
There’s nothing flashy or groundbreaking here, and that’s totally fine. It’s a dependable stop where I know I’ll get what I came for without hassle. In a world full of unpredictable service experiences, there’s value in a place that just consistently does its job well. Whether I’m rushing to work or just out running errands, I know I can count on this Tim Hortons drive-thru for a solid cup of cold brew and a no-fuss experience. Sometimes, that’s exactly what you want.
