I visit Tim Hortons drive-thru regularly, and while I wouldn’t say the experience is anything out of the ordinary, it’s consistently positive—and that counts for a lot these days. I went to get a Tea and Donut today around the time this post was made. The line up was huge. The lady working works really well under pressure. She handled everything very eloquently. I think management should give her praise for how effectively she handled the rush on her own.
