The people that work here are careless and incompetent. I just went in and ordered a double stack farmers wrap and specifically asked for ranch instead of chipotle. The worker who was put in charge of my order didn’t care enough to read my order request and just assumed I wanted chipotle. AND when he remade my wrap it was without the sausage. I paid for a double stack and got a bacon one because of the carelessness of the staff. I would ask for a refund but I don’t want feel like interacting with stupid people again.

Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff is friendly, polite, and quick with service. My order was prepared correctly, and the coffee was fresh and tasty. I m reguar customer here , I saw only one person working I see alone taking order ,making coffee , sandwich and serving Yucky , and today said washroom closed . I will never visit anymore .

The Service teams needs to respect people and customers. The guy making drinks on 15th November 2025 at 2.35pm seriously needs training in customer service and not to throw food at people. I had a mobile order and was waiting for the order to come, he comes and slams at my face not saying thank you or anything and just goes off...Learn to respect people and the job you have as many people needs them and this kind of attitude gets hired...pathetic
