THEY ARE SCAMMERS. AVOID THIS LOCATION. I ordered 2 farmers wraps and one bagel. she handed me the bag and I left, by the time I had made it 2 minutes down the street I realized there was no bagel in the bag. I went back to inform them I had not received my bagel and the young girl (probably afraid from punishment) had lied saying she put it in the bag, when she clearly hadn’t. the service at this location is absolutely the worst out of any tim hortons i’ve ever visited. I will definitely not be coming back here and I can see why this company is shutting down. good job guys, one more lost customer and the theft of my money.

This place is filthy. I was here two days prior thinking that the cleanliness of the store was a one-off. I visited it again today and it was even worse. Floor hadn't been cleaned, tables covered in filth, the floor was covered in mashed up paper and trash. It was appalling for a place that serves food. You have to do better.

I ordered a caramel Ice Capp, but they gave me a regular one instead. When I told them about the mistake, they refused to fix it and said I could pay for another one if I wanted the right drink. Terrible customer service—why should I have to pay for their mistake? Definitely not coming back to this location.

Horrendous employees. Waited between 10 and 15 minutes for the bathroom. When I told the employee about it she told me that it’s “not her job”. Horrible customer service. Will never go here again. Tim’s is bad enough these days but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Today I picked up an order at your location and I had a very bad experience with one of yours employees. This guy had a very very bad attitude. He treated me with no respect and his approach was like a gangster. These kind of staff embarras you with their behavior. SHAME ON YOU!
