I ordered a Cilantro Chicken Wrap around 5:30 p.m. today and requested extra sauce, for which I paid an additional 50 cents. However, the wrap had no extra sauce at all. This was very disappointing and made the food taste bland.

Around 1am, this indian looking guy with the cap had an attitude problem that he was having difficulty in answering us politely. Worst customer service ever seen and this Tim was running out of everything we were ordering that this was not available, grill being washed, no steep tea, no baker present so this no that no. I don’t know how they hire people these days? My new year started terribly.

They’re rude, dirty and filled with demonic energies. I witness one of their staff digging her nose without gloves on and touch food. Also, every time I go this location it’s like am about to get a nervous breakdown and a high blood pressure. They always rush me telling to hurry up in a rude manner instead of being polite as If I don’t matter.. I’ve given them multiple chances and I’ll be filing a complaint. Also watch out for the little man as a manager, he argued with me the entire time and refused me service all cause I was asking about the donuts they have since they kept saying they don’t the ones I wanted. The chilli wasn’t available and was told it’ll take 30 minutes to prepare it. He also tried to pin an angry person behind me that was bunking loudly at me telling her I’m trying to hold the line up instead of defusing the situation he instigated it.. Sad excuse for not only a human but as a quote on quote manager.. Lastly, just cause someone is handicapped, doesn’t mean that individual should be mishandled!.. Mocking someone for the way God made them will backfire on you in a big way. It’s not my fault that am special and you’re COMMON.

Went through the drive through for a hot coffee. 2 cream, one sugar.
It tastes like warm cream. Didn't taste coffee at all. They are doing something with their coffee (or lack of) different at this location. Very watered down.

I live by this tim hortons, i don't have another one by, everytime I go there is mitake in my order, not matter if there is 2 person or 10 in front of me (how busy they are), I have to eat whatever they decide to give me...😒

I was doing research on the web when an ad popped up promoting the new brown sugar creme coffee. It looked tasty so i checked reddit for a review and this is what i got from an employee! It’s coffee with 2 cream, then we add brown sugar syrup, the amount of syrup pumps depends on cup size (S=2 M=3 L=4 XL=5) the sweetness is the same as a double double, but you can always request less syrup (1 pump for a S, 1 1/2 for a M, 2 for a L, or 2 1/2 for an XL. or you can ask for extra syrup, extra syrup is usually $0.60 and it equals to the following amount of pumps, S=4 M=6 L=8 XL=10. Sounds basic enough. It was 9:40 pm and Tim Hortons is right down the street. I hurried over there by 9:50 pm and ordered an XL, the guy serving me had no idea what i was talking about and had to ask someone doing drive through and i could only hear 2 pumps, when he handed me my coffee i mentioned there should be more then that in which his reply was it'll cost more! I wasn't about to pay more after i just looked up the procedure and just was fed up so i left, realizing on my way home i didn't scan for points and it was past 10 pm. So 2 stars for 2 pumps seems fair to me not to mention the nearly $4 i spent on it.... Not cool
