Fantastic Tim shop. Excellent and amiable staff. There isn't enough hot chocolate powder in the store for me to buy ten of them. The manager and employee are very helpful in getting additional items from other sources and making them available within two days! This store offers excellent service and is very proactive. I would love to return.

Always greeted with a smile from the staff! They are apologetic if I have to wait while they fill delivery and mobile orders, or if they're short staffed. I can only imagine how difficult it is to find coverage for a downtown location!
They are always working as fast as they can, and I enjoy coming back!

Stopped by Tim Hortons for my usual double-double and a breakfast sandwich. Service was quick, the coffee was hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean and ambiance was great.
