I have always loved Tim Hortons, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality recently. The taste and freshness of the items don’t feel the same as before. Additionally, some of the staff at this particular location seem unapproachable, with facial expressions that give off a negative vibe, almost like customers are getting things for free. Customer service plays a big role, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both the quality of the products and the attitude of the staff. Tim Hortons deserves to maintain the reputation it once had!

Two days ago around 10pm I visited tim Hortons, I am regular customer but that day was really bad I was drinking my coffee at the dining and after some time i needes to use the washroom so badly I told the person and they told me I can't use the bathroom, I needed it too much, and then I told the woman who was there I think she was from Philippines, really rude , too much bad behavior, I told her in a really good way , it was an emergency and she couldn't even open the bathroom I am a normal person I understand downtown it's really visited for homeless people at night , but I am regular customer and we all the customers deserve good behavior, I am also worker and everyone depends on each other , if the store doesn't have customers, the employees won't have salary, and the company will be in lost , I don't know if she is the manager or not but if she is , she needs customer service full course... Or I can give her free lessons , I hope Tim Hortons take my comment just like advice and with all my respect Thank you

I am so happy coming here every morning when going to office, staff is really nice, specially Mario who always knows my order and kindly serving me fresh and ready my order. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, proud of the management also of how they handle complicated customers but understandable is downtown, they’re really professional on how they handle also those situations every morning.

I was disappointed with the service during my visit to Tim Hortons . The staff seemed unapproachable, and my concerns about my order were not handled well. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority. I’ve always enjoyed the food and coffee here, but the rude behavior and lack of attentiveness from the staff left a negative impression. I hope improvements are made to enhance the customer experience.

Horrible, rude service by staff here. One of staff when they don’t have an item and hence you wanna choose a substitute, angrily bark at me that i should know what i want when I did in first place! Tbh if could give 0 stars i would!
