We stayed in hotel across the street for one week in November. So it was convenient for me to bring my toddler son for many meals at this Tim’s. Such good service! The staff were always warm and welcoming- offering smiles (and treats!) to my son. I was always pleased with quality of my food, too. Location was clean and well kept.

Respectfully, I truly feel the American company bought Tim Hortons , a staple of CANADIAN coffee and Timbuts. Bought out so they could SUBSIDIZE their losses with burger king. Croissants were $1.19, now over $2.00 in less than 24 months?
I deleted the times Hortons app and hey, keep your your roll up the rim, it suks too.

I have always loved Tim Hortons, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality recently. The taste and freshness of the items don’t feel the same as before. Additionally, some of the staff at this particular location seem unapproachable, with facial expressions that give off a negative vibe, almost like customers are getting things for free. Customer service plays a big role, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both the quality of the products and the attitude of the staff. Tim Hortons deserves to maintain the reputation it once had!
