Where did customer service go. Since when do we not say how are you and have a good day. None of that here. When I have to say I’m well thanks for asking I say have a good day with no response. That’s supposed to be your job as the face of the store.
Work on picking up your manners and be customer service. Be the face of Tim Hortons.

Ordered a coffee and the gentleman making it walked away in the middle of making it to help a worker not behind the counter one on the customer side who was requesting a baked good. This is very rude and extremely poor customer service. Grateful for the lady with the tablet who stepped to help the paying guest.
