Ordered here today and asked for a spinach feta croissant warmed up and they did not warm it up or say anything to me. No hello or thank you just hanjit and iām not even indian. No acknowledgment. So rude!! This was the Tim Hortans in the food court upstairs.

These guys are AWESOME! No matter how busy the place gets, they are organized and there are always lots of staff behind the counter (especially morning rush hour) working like a well oiled machine, so the orders come out without delays :) Very impressed with how well this location is ran! By far the best Timmy's location we've been to (and we are regulars as we work in the area). 4 stars for atmosphere, but this is not something that is in their control, rather something the security in the building should really tend to. Keep up the great work!!!

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees, Rupinder. She was quite rude and gave unpleasant looks during the interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of any visit, and I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the experience for future customers.

Takes 20 mins to get people served. And thereās 1 guy who walks around doing nothing even when thereās a big line up. Literally the most useless human ever. He has a beard and takes forever to go to the till and take an order. Everyone else is trying their best but this guy every morning acts like he can drag his feet while the customers wait longer for no reason.
