They need to smile more. It’s like talking to a robot😒 the one thing that virtually every Tim hortons does, except 2 that I’ll comment on their review once I get there, is that they make people feel uncomfortable when they talk in there language to each other then start laughing. Especially if they glance your way. Even if it’s completely innocent or not even about you, most people anywhere, would feel like that. In my opinion. There are 5 I won’t even bother to go back to. Who wants to be made to feel stupid or embarresesed early in the morning, or whatever time coffee break is? Isn’t there a rule that you have to speak English around English speaking people?

Ever time, like many of these locations, Ill order an ice cap and get hard, stale, chocolate+caramel chunks in my drink, likely due to lack of cleaning machines. Every time I order a breakfast sandwich, or a wrap, the cheese is never melted and the egg is always grey in the center as if it's been sitting out for awhile. Staffing isn't as diverse anymore and like most locations nowadays, quality has gone down drastically. Sad to see.

The staff is nice and the food is good. But a few other customers seem not very happy. Probably it's Calgary Stampede day, and some mistakes are made. Anyway, we enjoy our meal at a quiet corner of the food court. Our own experience is good.

I got extremely violent food poisoning after eating the sausage farmers wrap here. Hash brown tasted uncooked. Sausage and egg tasted like it had expired. Didn't think anything of it until I was faint and dizzy the rest of the day, followed by very violent vomiting all night. My appetite still hasn't fully returned, but this Tim Hortons was the only thing that could've caused this. Hear my warning. AVOID.
