I never have a problem with Tim Hortons. Every time I go to any Tim Horton I get good service. Always grab a coffee. French vanilla. Perfect. I can sit down. Enjoy myself and talk to friends. Never ever had a problem with= every single one of the customer when they come into the store restaurant I mean except for the one on at city Hall in Calgary That one bring the tuner all different types of people and they all like causing trouble but like quiet placesParking: I've had no problems parking a vehicle so I can't see anybody else out somewhere

Staff are rude , I ordered a ice cap with almond milk and they gave me a ice coffee with milk, I explained its not what I ordered and she rolled her eyes and said yes it is and didn't want to change it , I explained I am severely allergic to milk as I carry a epi pen and that was not my order, so she made what I ordered and not even a sorry just tossed it on the counter , this is just 1 example of how unprofessional they are,

The cashier never asked me if the food is takeout or eatin. When i asked for a bag for my food i was told there is extra charge for bag. Served my food in my hands without bag and napkins.If there is extra charge for bag that is fine but it should be tell to the customer before the order placed.Cashier was very rude with me.
