First time visited here at this location. Parking was a bit issue. Customer service was awesome. Chrys took my order and very friendly, smiley dude. Easy to understand him and order was easy. Awesome services. Just a bunch of homeless people crowded and looked scary.

It’s an ok location. The food is good. However, I noticed a pattern that the floor is usually wet from mopping, kind of inconvenient. This is a downtown location so not the greatest environment but staff are chill. If I’m in the area, I would go there again.

I placed a mobile order for a bowl and a quencher. The bowl was good like always but not the quencher and staff. As soon as I entered the store I asked to the sandwich station lady for light ice because there was no option to add a note in Tim Hortons application but the lady was pretending to be super busy even though there was only 5 customers in the store. the other guy already made a quencher so I was like okay Its fine I will take that but i looked at the quencher and it was literally 70% ice . Dude I am paying for this shit do not act like you are doing any kind of charity. So again I asked the sandwich station lady to remove some ice only because she was the nearest person working and she didn’t even listen to me properly and said I am making sandwiches please tell somebody else. I have worked at food stores too but we never used to do it . In fact my manager would have killed me if I acted rude like this. Eventually, i had to ask for manager on duty because it was the only option for me as nobody was paying attention to me (customer). They helped me but said next time whenever you place an order add a note. I was like bro take a look at your application first there is no option to add a note. I had no problem with regular ice but It was too much so i was like no way I am being gentle to these guys . I am requesting the owner or manager to hire some good guys

No one take attention to delivery order, i request to the customer, do not order from any delivery app from this location. I'm waiting from past 40 min but still order wouldn't ready and i talk to tim employee. So they suggest me to remove order.
The amount of drug addiction and drug abuse with homeless that's on the streets of downtown Calgary is shocking! It's everywhere, and you really don't feel safe.

Worst singh Hortons ever. 6 workers, 40 customers lined up, no movement. Ask workers questions and they mumble in Indian and run away. Terrible. They should lose their franchise
