This Timmy's is a pretty rough one. Unfortunately, due to the location they should probably invest in security. It's been overrun by the local wildlife.
Service is a little on the slow side. I was there on New Years Day, and that's probably a factor, but seeing some of the other reviews, I'd say that it's definitely not the only factor.
The food quality is better than average for a Timmy's. I got a sausage farmer's wrap.

Rarely prepared for a the volume of people. Can wait 20min or more just for service. Even when there is no one in line it can often be a long wait. There is a good earth close by.

I had an absolutely unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered two black coffees, but the staff started preparing two double-doubles instead. When I politely mentioned that I had ordered black coffee, the staff began yelling at me, insisting that I had ordered double-doubles.
I’ve never encountered such rude behavior while trying to make a simple correction. It’s unacceptable for a customer to be treated this way, especially when the mistake wasn’t theirs to begin with.
I will not be returning to this location. Proper customer service training is clearly needed here.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons. The staff and crews here are very friendly and nice eventhough many unwanted guests make their work harder. They still manage to smile and work efficiently. 👍👍👍

Came to this location of the ubiquitous Tim Hortons chain located next to the hotel we stayed in during our Calgary visit. Coffee, donuts (Timbits) and seasonally-available hockey cards packs on the menu, and we consumed them all. This location has a few tables and chairs outside (like patio seating?), as well as some inside the shop as well. Friendly and attentive service like any other TH location. Didn't see too many unpleasant things during our visit; one negative is that there is no parking for the shop, only paid parking across the street, or parking meters a few blocks away. I think it's also the nearest TH location to the Calgary Scotiabank Saddledome.

Have had many poor service experiences here, mostly when picking up a Mobile order. Food and drinks often take a long time despite not being busy and employees often don't pay attention to who is waiting. Have been told to keep waiting when my order had already been ready for a while. Also not a nice location to sit in, through no fault of the employees, just the area.
Service can be slow sometimes but it isn't the worse place. There are flies during the summer but the'rey usually gone for the winter.

I came to get my lunch at Tim Hortons around noon, and it's 32 degrees outside, but your store feels even hotter. There's no AC, and I feel bad for both the other customers and the employees they all seem worn out from the heat, they look really exhausted because of the hot temperature of your store IF YOU GUYS CAN PLEASE FIX YOUR AC IMMEDIATELY I WILL APPRECIATE IT
