Hygiene can be improved here
Overall I've had good experiences coming here. But the reason it's not 4 or 5 star rating is because the bathrooms are closed half the time, and not always for cleaning.. to be honest I don't know why -- there's just always a barrier with a closed sign blocking the entrance to any of them half the time I'm there (and I'm there almost daily) .. today it's been closed for over an hour and I definitely need to use it (see attached photo). Moreover, you guys don't serve or even have crackers with soup. why is that?.. seems odd. And i don't know if it's all locations or this one, but when you get wedges, you used to have a choice of sauces... now you get 2 small packs of ketchup and if you want to get a different sauce, it's an extra $1... for a tiny plastic cup of sauce.. really? Maybe 50 cents, but definitely not worth a dollar for a few dips of sauce. Most the staff is very friendly and professional, however some don't seem to want to be there and want to rush you.

This is the best Tim Hortons in the city, hands down! The way they greet you in the morning truly sets the tone for the day and makes the coffee taste even better. From the moment you pull up, you’re met with friendly, cheerful staff who clearly care about the customers. They greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome every time. It’s a small gesture, but it makes all the difference!
The entire team here is awesome. They’re fast, efficient, and always get my order right, even during the busy morning rush. Whether it’s the perfect coffee, a fresh breakfast sandwich, or just a quick snack, everything is prepared with care. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. This location is truly a gem!

The same lady was prepping food handling cash and making beverages and she never changed her gloves. That's very unhygienic and it's very obvious in the food industry to know these basics.

The drive through is decent, it's obvious that's what they focus on. The inside is loud and dirty, really messy. Garbage continually overflow and tables and chair rarely maintained and cleaned as customers come and go.
This Tim's is loud too, a large gathering of older people who love to shout-talk at each other from across tables rather than sit together.
They have two cash registers but the second one might as well be removed as management would rather put ten people on the drive through than have another person doing orders inside.

Aged women was talking to colleagues and when I asked to take order as her face was not towards till but other directions she become in bad mood . Served cold cofee and misbehaved . Management should review . 3rd Aug, 2024 around 5pm

The worst Tim Hortons for service, they’re slow, unprofessional, not pleasant. Unless if you’re Asain then they’ll be nice. Do better
I bought half a dozen donuts at the store today, but when I got home there were only 5 in them. Very disappointing.

Waiting 20 mins in the line to order , they only take pick up and drive through Order. Ignore the walk-in customer, rude attitude and the worst store management.
ABSOLUTELY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
The staff here won't greet, saying hi, welcome to tim hortons . It was "hi, give me a second." Then "what can i get you?".
This is NOT the canada i used to live in..
