I’m sorry but this is the second time I’ve come here and I just feel like no one is that nice, I ask how much I have left on my gift card and I get the nonchalant answer and shuts the doors in my face, I just kinda ask for slight respect.. not even a have a goodnight when I said oh thank y- *shuts doors* like wth.

The store lists a closing time of 6:00, however the door was already locked at 5:30.
This is misleading for customers.

My tim hortons rewards app was glitching, so I could not place an order right away. The staff member asked me to step aside while it was only one customer behind me. She never invited me to order again after helping another person and chose to go back to the kitchen.

Must be the busiest drive through Tim’s in Calgary. The lobby is not attended to - floors, seats, tables. But must do well in the drive through? Additional feedback - check the lobby tables to make sure all have their feet - wouldn’t be good to set a hot beverage down and spill due to not having the leveling feet for each “leg”.

I have been going regular to this location for the past several weeks and each time Belinda has provided excellent customer service! She is kind, well spoken and positive each time and hears the needs of customers :) I would choose to go to this location over others for her.

Love this Tims, had to give 5 stars cause both the staff and goods were top tier, thank you!

You’ve lost your daily costumer. Was on the phone for 5 min to confirm my order waited 1hr for cold, not done right and disgusting. Whoever answered the phone and lead me to believe it would be done correctly 830am Nov 19, thx. I’m done. Do the math of someone who pays $25 a day to your establishment. Disgusting.

Slow and dirty

I have never written a review for a chain restaurant before but the service I have received from a lady named Jas who works night shifts here has obligated me to write one, she has provided me with the best service that I have ever received from any chain restaurant I have ever been to.

She is lively and very kind even at 2 am in the morning. She makes sure that this location is never out of stock of anything unlike all other Tim Hortons that are always out of stock of several of their items.

I had called about 5 Tim Horton locations asking if they had their habanero veggie wrap available at the moment and they all said they have run out of rice for the day and one even told me they don’t sell it at this time of night, I ended up calling this Harvest Hills location and Jas answered the phone, she told me they were also out of the rice but she will make them fresh for me as it only takes 5 minutes and they will be ready by the time I drive over.

This is just one instance, I have nice things to say about each visit at Tim’s when she was working.
She takes pride in her work and has made me feel valued at each visit.
If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s her!!

Wasted 10 minutes of my time - instead of giving me coffee, trying to explain they don't have Americano decaf because it's based on espresso, and the brewed one isn't based on espresso, but espresso is strong but brewed coffee isn't. Why does the name of the drink matter so much? I wanted to pay more for my drink, as long as I get a drink, but no luck.
