Went this morning to get take out but had to go back in the line to get another sandwich ordered. Came back to pick up my previous order only to have my coffee given to someone else and I had his. It was corrected and when I asked the lady making the sandwich for mine which was already made and sitting on the counter. I was yelled at that it was a long time. I find the lady making the sandwiches to be very rude. I will not be returning to this store. I'm still upset that I was spoken to the way she spoke to me.

I went with my daughter and we ordered we were waiting after 15 minutes the lady told us someone took your order. She had no patience and she got mad at us. Never we will go there again

This place is a freaking zoo the staff is worse than little kids at MacDonald s .garage on the table s the floor.and it doses not matter what Tim’s you go to .I should phone the Alberta health department.and report this

Ordered from here on my way to work, and as I got there my food just came up, but it was still cold when i took my first bite. Not freshly made at all.
And for the cherry on top, i noticed mold growing on the egg in my BLT! Which sucks cause I already ate most of the meal. Be better with your food. This is absolutely disgusting. In all my years I've gone to Tims, I have never had an experience like this. Fix up or close your location down. This is not okay.

I ordered two farmer's wraps. After biting into one, I noticed the eggs were a strange green color, which appeared to be moldy. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they unfortunately laughed and did not seem to take my concern seriously. While they eventually replaced the wraps, I was very unhappy with the initial reaction and the overall experience. The issue with the food and the way it was handled was quite off-putting.

I had a really nice time at this Tim Hortons. My friend invited me here, and it turned into such a sweet memory. The place is good, the coffee and food were enjoyable, and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly. I especially enjoyed a hot chocolate and an herbal tea, simple but perfect. This spot will always remind me of that lovely day and the kindness of a good friendly.

This location is horrible after 4 PM. The people working here after 4 PM do not have the energy to last through their evening shift. Long lineups and slow service. Food is stale compared to other locations

Loyal customer treated rudely by staff member “Jaz”
My dad has been a loyal customer here for 40 years. Yesterday, employee Jaz served him cold coffee, poured it on her hand and insisted it was “warm.” When he mentioned his decades of loyalty, she said “I don’t care,” then continued being rude. When he said he’d complain to the manager, she replied “go ahead, I don’t care.” I even came in to speak to a manager—supervisor promised a call back but never did. Very surprising that this location would keep an employee who doesn’t care about customer service or the store’s reputation.
I’m not a one to leave negative reviews and messing up on order is one thing but being completely obnoxious is another and cannot be brushed under the rug.
Still waiting on the manager to call me back. And as per my message to “Jaz “ I’m very surprised at how your conscious would allow you to be so Ignorant and rude to a senior from your own culture who was talking to you As if somebody would talk to their own daughter.
People like you are a joke to humanity. I don’t know how your conscious allows you to behave like this.
UPDATE - upon reading the reviews looks like other people had problem with same employee being rude she works the graveyard shift .
I have called Tim Hortons customer care and waiting on hearing from them to take this matter serious . Will update when I hear back from them . Also I think the owner should have some special ethics training for the employees because upon coming to the store I spoke to some other customers complaining about the rude behavior and lack of general etiquette to greet customers and be polite.
Male staff enjoy staring at women from across the room. Our order took forever -- not to make-- but because the only lady actually working had to go serve the line while other staff members stood around gossiping and again, I got ogled at or something of the like by two of the men. Absolutely horrible and uncomfortable.
AND my coffee was gross.

I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience today at a Tim Hortons location. I came in to buy an Ice Capp with extra cream for Cole, and the person who served me, named Marlene, was extremely rude. I didn’t fully understand what she was asking me (my English is not perfect), and she turned to laugh at me. She laughed along with the young man standing beside her.
I felt truly hurt. People who work in customer service, especially in a place where there are so many different cultures, should be better trained. When she turned back to look at me, still with a smirk on her face, I asked her if everything was alright and told her that my English is not very good. She didn’t even apologize for her rude, discriminatory, and hostile behaviour.
Marlene should not be serving customers — she should be receiving workplace ethics training. I don’t know if she was laughing because I didn’t understand her, or because of Cole, who has Down syndrome. Either way, it is unacceptable and appalling.
