The server at the drive thru window is super rude and has a bad attitude. There was no line up or traffic to excuse their attitude. We ordered a London fog, they said we don't have it, I asked if they have an alternative, gave me a blank face and said in a mean tone we don't have lattes it is a tiny branch. Then I ordered Tim bits, they didnt acknowledge that they inputted the order, thinking they didn't hear me, I said Tim bits and the flavours we want - rolled her eyes on me and said they already entered it. The lid on the cup was very dirty too.

Never reviewed a TH before, but I just dropped in to shout out this specific location and it's staff for providing a consistently good product. I've never eaten here but the coffee is always a solid 7.5-8/10, served up by friendly staff. It's pretty rare these days, especially when taking about Tim's, to experience this level of consistency.

I always get the dark roast 2 cream, rarely I get double double or triple triple.

Coffee was stirred well and tastes the same as any other time Hortons. Yummy Yummy, Yummy Yummy

This has to be the Tim Hortons with the worst customer service in the city.
I have made my final online order for pickup at this location after giving them multiple chances.
Each time I place my order and when I go to pick it up they say they can’t see it and then go silent with no directions.
This time I ordered at least 15 mins before I arrived and when I got to the drive thru menu they said they didn’t have my order. They asked which location I placed the order at and confirmed I was at the right one. From there, they just kept repeating we don’t have an online order under that name. Again they stop there and provide no other hope or remedy, not ´please drive ahead and let’s check your order’, only ‘we don’t have an online order under that name’. How does that help fix the situation? There are cars behind me, do they want me to sit there and wait till my order shows up in there system? Who knows, they won’t tell you anything.
I decide to drive up to the window, since I can’t see anyway this will get resolved with me staying in front of the drive thru speaker.
I get to the window and the person just says we don’t have any online orders in our system. Another person taking orders looks over and just repeats ‘we don’t have an online order’ and then turns away as if there’s something *I* can do about it. What that might be I have no idea since they’ve done literally nothing to even try to fix the situation.
I show them the order on my phone, I get a blank stare back and again hear, ´it’s not in our system.´ and they continue to take orders from the cars behind me, but provide me no instruction on what I’m supposed to do…should I pull up and they’ll bring my order to me? Who knows?
I show them my order again to show it is for this location and what my order was, they still do absolutely nothing except to say ´we have to wait till see your order’. Really? That’s the only solution they can offer?
Finally, the person at the window tells the manager what’s happening and she takes the initiative to look at my order and just have them make it for me.

The staff here are incompetent and make filling food and drink orders at a fast food place as complicated and slow as possible. I have no idea why the online order would take so long to get to their store, but since I’ve already paid for my order is anything helped by them telling customers they can’t see the order and that’s it?

We’ve ordered here in the past and even ordering at the drive thru directly yielded a painful experience with no sense of customer service even being in the top 100 things this location cares about, and even getting orders fulfilled correctly might be #100 on that list.

Avoid this location at all cost, and you will save yourself time and frustration. The location seems convenient but they will prove that location isn’t everything.

had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I ordered two coffees, but they only gave me one. Mistakes happen, and I understand they may have misheard, so I politely mentioned that I had ordered two. However, the staff responded very rudely, saying, "You only ordered one!"

When I asked if I could place another order for the second coffee, they rolled their eyes at me and begrudgingly made it. Of course, I had already paid for two coffees, so I was just asking for what I had paid for.

This level of rudeness is completely unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. I won't be coming back to this location.

Lovely young ladies serving with genuine warmth and professionalism. Prompt, efficient smiling staff all around. Coffee was as expected, hot, delicious and not stale. Too early for food. I will return and highly recommend. Food products look appetizing and not a fly to be seen in this impeccably clean store.
