Friendliest Tim’s staff!! Ive been coming here daily for the past 6 months and everyday without fail I get the friendliest voice and interactions at this location. The ladies especially make an effort to remember you and greet you and sometimes they even remember my order 🙏

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this location hasn’t been very consistent. Most of the time there is only one or at most two staff members workin. The menu options also seem more limited compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Because of this, I often prefer to drive a little farther to another location for better service and availability. Hope this location can improve staffing and selection in the future.

Only one person working and she has english comprehension weaknesses. misheard everything I wanted to say. On top of that awkward experience the chili taste gross. Like chemical had been added. Never returning.

I love this Tim Hortons location! Honestly not sure about the other reviews because I legitimately go nearly every day to this location with no issues. They’re always nice to me, they remember my order, and they truly make my day (and my corgi’s)! People should communicate and understand that these staff are hard workers and they show up and do their best.

This place gets my order wrong a majority of the time, and there is no actual decent way to complain or get a refund when they get orders egregiously incorrect. I wish I could order delivery from literally any other location because this one is terrible.

The server at the drive thru window is super rude and has a bad attitude. There was no line up or traffic to excuse their attitude. We ordered a London fog, they said we don't have it, I asked if they have an alternative, gave me a blank face and said in a mean tone we don't have lattes it is a tiny branch. Then I ordered Tim bits, they didnt acknowledge that they inputted the order, thinking they didn't hear me, I said Tim bits and the flavours we want - rolled her eyes on me and said they already entered it. The lid on the cup was very dirty too.

Never reviewed a TH before, but I just dropped in to shout out this specific location and it's staff for providing a consistently good product. I've never eaten here but the coffee is always a solid 7.5-8/10, served up by friendly staff. It's pretty rare these days, especially when taking about Tim's, to experience this level of consistency.
