Painfully slow service here for a place that doesn’t have a drive thru. Came in for two wrap and a drink and waited 25+ minutes for it while they prioritized skip the dishes orders.

The supervisor, Manu, didn’t even look at us when we placed our order, she paused as if distracted, looked away, and spoke to us in the most dismissive, condescending tone, as if our presence didn’t matter at all. To make matters worse, the place was disgustingly filthy, with trash overflowing from the bin and spreading across the floor. By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever set foot in, completely unacceptable.

The service was good. I've been to a few locations including this one where there has been flies inside the restaurant, specifically around the dessert area. The bread and desserts are not enclosed protected from these bugs that carry harmful bacteria. This makes an undesirable to eat or buy the product I suggest the restaurant chain put screens or glass doors to protect the items. I've included a couple of pictures for your reference.

While I was waiting in the line along with other people in line too, the indian lady worker in this Tim Hortons branch fix the donut display case and she saw one timbits in the floor, she took it and she put it back in the display case along with other timbits. Even though she knew that there were people in line looking on her. She didn’t mind it. Lol
Disgusting. Feel bad for people who will buy, get and eat that timbit donut. Happened September 6 (Saturday) around 5PM.
Had to wait there for more than half an hour for bacon loaded box. I felt like service co-ordination is very bad.
