I just went there. Ordered chai latte the boy said machine is cleaning then I ordered lemonade. He replied it’s not available at the moment. Then change the duration of your menu guys .

The service is good. The ladies that work here have to put up with a lot of terrible customer behaviour but they always keep their cool. I've been going here every day for 5 years. They never get my order wrong and have have it memorized. They also all know me by name. Really appreciate them.

I frequently visit this location for my morning coffee run. The staff here are very friendly and my coffee is always perfect. 100% recommend using the pickup order feature on the app to skip the line.

Tim Hortons is typical. Good parking for cars. But the tables are dirty. And the room itself could use a better cleaning. I noticed that in Calgary, Tim Hortons cafes fall into two categories, where they are clean and cozy and the windows have been washed. And there are places where the windows are stained and the room itself leaves a feeling of unkemptness. Apparently it depends on the manager and the team.

MANU, who does the closing has a great customer service and she is very professional. On top of that she is very friendly and welcoming. Served great meal 🥘 with great taste. She deserves more than a 5 star. Will be coming back again

This Tim Hortons is the dirtiest Tim Hortons. I’ve been in the most confusing Tim Hortons services is slow. Food quality is garbage. Don’t go to Tim Hortons.

Well to be honest I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants. They ussually lack any good food . I have always found that you get a better tasting , healthier meal for not a lot more money at a mom and pop operation than you would at any chain type resteruant . The Tim Hortons i went to was pretty much the same as any other Tim Hortons , with the same menu and the same quality of service . Unfourtunatly in Calgary there just arent enough mom and pop operations . Its to bad , i would rather be putting my money in the hands of small buisness owners than into thd hands of some greedy corporations. Y

I really like the food and the drinks here, it's not like any other Tim's. The staff is friendly, but there are some people who could greet customers better. In this Christmas season, I'd like it of the store was a bit more decorated. Other Tim's have gone all out with the Christmas spirit, it would be nice here too!
