I recently had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons due to the misbehavior and rude behavior of an employee named Simran. From the moment I entered the establishment, Simran displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. She seemed disinterested in assisting me and responded to inquiries with a dismissive tone. Not only did Simran's behavior tarnish my overall experience, but it also reflected poorly on Tim Hortons as a whole. I believe it is essential for Tim hortons to prioritize customer service and ensure their employees have etiquette to deal with customers. I won't ever go back to this location again because of the horrible staff and will share my experience with everyone to make sure no one is treated disrespectfully. Hopefully, Tim Hortons will take immediate action to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.Vegetarian options: I asked for cilantro lime veggie wrap. Simran used a meat Glove to cook my meal additionally, when a asked to change her gloves she was rude and started misbehaving infront of all employeesDietary restrictions: I dont prefer meat.
