This is the second time I have been to this location. Both times service was painfully slow. I just watched an employee completely ignore another customer as well. There was zero urgency to help the customers in the store while it lined up.

every time i come to this tim’s,i place my order and they tell me every time “okay give me a second” for what? i’m ordering one drink why are you having me wait there for five minutes just to tell me to drive ahead? the only reason i should be waiting there is if im ordering a donut or food and you need to go check and see if you still have that specific thing. If i’m ordering a coffee and you know you’re machines aren’t broken why am i waiting there? drive throughs are supposed to be quick fast and easy i SHOULD NOT be having to wait every single time. The staff here need to be re trained in there customer service skill and efficiency.If you can avoid this tim hortons i would the service here is horrible!!!!!

I’m not sure if y’all have 2 different kinds of bacon but I ended up with a sweet and syrupy BLT. Order got messed up once already, and in the end I got two wraps absolutely drenched in ranch and a sweet sandwich. Hate to be that person but I worked at Tim’s for a year and know what I’m ordering ?♀️
