This is hands down the worst Tim's ever. I ordered a bagel ice capp and timbits. The service was slow and staff were rude. My ice capp came with no whipped cream the told me I had to pay extra. No other Tims does this. I will never be back.

The new staff just mess around and don’t pay attention to guests. One lady was in the til while “KATE” was just chasing and joking around with another new staff member. Leaving the lady on the til to tend to 8-10 guests that just walked in.
When KATE finally clued in, I watched two order ahead of mine be made, I had to say something and even then, I had to direct them how to make my red eye iced coffee twice.
Management and training lacks in this location. As other reviews stated, there is no coordination between staff.

I usually place an order for my family. I ordered four coffees and one hot chocolate. I noticed the hot chocolate wasn’t filled properly. I asked her to fill it more. She came back with another cup half full and start pouring it into the hot chocolate cup. I told her please don’t fill it to the top. She ignored me and kept pouring until the rim. She just wanted to see me spell the drink on my hand. I guess that makes her feel better. I tried to talk to her but she didn’t care. she just left. Just didn’t care or didn’t bother to help. Total ignorance. I will never go back to this store. I am 61 years old. I remember back in the eighties when they used to be two coffee shops Tim Hortons and Duncan Donuts. If you get mistreated by one coffee shop you go to the other one. It’s sad you go out to feel better, you end up in worse mood than if you stayed home.
