There was a big line when we came in but service here is super fast, and also friendly as well! The restaurant itself is very clean and well taken care of. The service area behind the counter is also very clean and organized. But the workers are fantastic! All friendly and knowledgeable and chatty, all with big smiles. We were served by Sam, who clearly loves his job! Midnapore Timmies do not lose Sam, he's so lovely and his customer service is really top notch!

I ordered a small Creamy Chill, but unfortunately, it tasted sour—as if spoiled milk was used. I ended up throwing it away because it was undrinkable, and I’ve been having a stomachache since then. I’m really disappointed because I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this experience was unpleasant. I hope the staff pays closer attention to product freshness and quality control to prevent this from happening again.

I ordered mobile pick up but waited for it in a wrong place. Lady that was serving other customers noticed me waiting and made sure that I was served and my drink was prepared as well as she calmly explained where mobile pick up is. Mind you all that was during crazy morning rush. Overall I am always treated and served great in this location. Thank you to the staff and owners 💝

Absolutely terrible experience!!! I m a loyal Timmy customer for over 35 years and never had any issues of any stores. I do enjoy their mobile pickup services which is handy and efficient. Unfortunately, I realized that when I do pickup mobile orders at Bannister road location, the store never has the order ready. I have to line up, talk to the staff about my order, and wait extra time for it to be ready.

I have talked to the manager few times about this matter, however they never take this matter seriously. Just like today while I was talking to the manager patiently for missing my coffee from mobile order again, hoping they could monitor the system closely, one of the female staff rudely interrupted our conversation and just straight up told me to go to another location. I mentioned that other locations always get my mobile order ready in time. They refuse to make any improvements and are just pushing customers to other locations. This was totally unacceptable. How could a staff asking customer go to another store??? They are throwing the business away. I feel so bad for the store owner, as they hired such an uncaring and dismissive staff.

I hope the higher-ranking management can seriously investigate the incident regarding the staff attitude and the process of mobile pickup order.

Went through drive thru, was the only car there. Was greeted at the board with a series of yups. Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. Opened it at home. No egg or cheese on biscuit. Ordered a triple triple coffee. No sugar in the coffee. Sunday morning and not busy, whole experience sucked

This is one of the worst Tims one can ever go to. I have been there 3 times, always hoping it will be better but just kept on getting worse. They will always mess up your order and good luck if you try to order in person - they will make you wait 20 minutes just for a coffee and bagel and won’t even inform you that it will take time. On top of that, some of the staff is very rude. Won’t even attempt going there again!

I live off of Tim Hortons and I have to say this is by far the best and I go out of my way to get my morning tea from here.

they never get my order wrong! My food is always fresh and a great temperature.

Most importantly they have the best staff! Everyone is lovely! They are super friendly, polite and engaging! When my kids are in the car and wanting to say hello, everyone who is close will wave and come say hello! Today is the first day of school and the team member at the window wished the kids a great first day.

In a time when good customer service often feels like the exception rather than the rule, this Tim Hortons stands out for consistently delivering a positive experience. Every interaction I’ve had with Spencer has been exceptional. He’s always friendly, makes eye contact, and hands over your order with a genuine smile. It's rare to come across someone who truly seems to enjoy their work, but Spencer is one of those people—and it makes all the difference.

Found this on my drink this morning. On this photo, you can tell that it is clearly a silicone handle for their iced coffee dispenser. When I went back later today to show them (the actual cup and the actual silicone) they were all pretty shocked because it never happened before and I said it was pretty gross. I think the manager tried to make things better and said “Oh we are so sorry and thank you so much for bringing it back! This is for like the filter, uh the grinder thing. You know that’s expensive so thank you so much for bringing it back.” Well, I do appreciate the manager’s approach, she was nice and all. I could be wrong with the whole silicone handle for the dispenser thing, so I searched up the photo on the left and the photo on the right showed up. 🥴 I think the service was okay, they apologized, replaced my drink and gave me a donut BUT I am hoping that this doesn’t happen to anyone again. Please double check the drinks you’re serving!
