I ordered from drive thru and this lady name Edvy or Edby that was on the window is rude and disrespectful. I don’t know what is the right spelling but I happened to order from here for the first time. She doesn’t have manners, don’t know how to say you’re welcome and even greet you as a customer. I’ve been to a different locations and they were polite and she started talking in their own language to a co worker. Isn’t that rude? I respect that you are able to speak it but maybe not in front of your customers who doesn’t understand what you’re talking about? I happened to be recording at the time and I tried to translate it to their language and they are talking about a another co worker. Is that allowed to speak about your co workers? Maybe it’s not my position to say it all on a google review but that’s definitely not a good thing to do in front of customers. This person needs to know what work ethics is.

What a joke... Went through drive thru and soon as I got to the window 1 guy is sticking the debit machine in my face while another guy shoves my drink in my face, at the same time. Then I asked for a sleeve and the clown wants to give me attitude. He goes "for a double double? Really?" yeah, really. Funny thing is the only reason I need a sleeve is cause half the time these incompetent idiots serve coffee too hot/burnt. Sure enough my coffee was burnt. Won't be back. In my experience the one inside the esso 1 block east is much better anyway.

I went in and asked for my usual breakfast which usually I do drive-through but this time I actually went inside and They first were busy talking to each other at the till rather than helping people that were standing there. Being I have an allergy to dairy I get my breakfast without cheese. Well today they put cheese on it. Thank goodness I don’t have anaphylactic response to dairy. Then when I tried calling a couple times to talk to someone there, they didn’t even answer their phone and they have no machine to leave a message
Dietary restrictions: Dairy: I find that there’s very few dairy free options So I always have to get sandwich of some sort without cheese.

The food is well... donuts and coffee for the most part. There are some breakfast and lunch items as well. The staff are disorganized, demonstrate poor communication, and rarely welcome or thank you. The sitting space is limited, with a fireplace in the center near the windows.

Service was quite slow. Stood waiting at the counter for quite a while as employees walked past but did not acknowledge I was standing there. Two even looked right at me and didn’t say a word even when I said hello to one of them. The Boston cream we ordered was stale when we got home with it shortly after we ordered

While waiting to order a kid just cut in line and placed his order. I didn't react. The staff saw all of this and did not do anything to intervene as well. Now some might say i should've politely asked the kid to wait but my intention was to see how it plays out and how the staff handles it. I'm not naming names and getting anyone into trouble but it did irritate me a bit and scarred an otherwise good evening for me.
