There’s only one young girl that works here that’s actually nice and makes my orders perfect. Everyone else is awful. There is a older woman here who is just so unbelievably rude. She camands her coworkers around like she’s a manger when she’s not. She’s always yelling at them and yelling at costumes. Awful manners to everyone. It is no longer nice to visit here unfortunately

Seem to be having issues at the drive-through. To start with, could not understand thier response at order window, very staticy/garbled. Then at pick-up window, 1st confusion if they had decafe, 2nd initially handed me wrong size drink, 3rd I repeated my order, they repeated it and corrected size but got cream and suger wrong.

I frequent this location almost every morning.. and I get a coffee and chocolate glazed donut.. there is hardly any glaze on the donuts anymore so they are dry dry dry.. thought it was just a one off ... but it is now consistently bad... not sure if ill keep using timmies anymore

I’ve been going to this particular Tim Hortons daily for my morning coffee for almost 2 years now.

The service staff that work in the Tim’s drive Thru do not get enough credit for how challenging their job can be.
Fast paced, lots of information coming in from all directions, impatient morning customers and the early early mornings.

A shout out to Rawad and the team at Tims,
With always a pleasant atmosphere and energetic vibe. It makes morning coffee that much more delightful.
Thanks to Rawad for always having a friendly smile and positive energy!

Valerina (Val) had a lot of attitude toward my husband and me while we were doing an Uber pickup at this location. She made unnecessary comments, telling another worker that we would mess up the orders. She was passive-aggressive. I understand she had six other orders to do, but this is her job description, and she signed up for it, so I don’t understand why she came at me with so much attitude. She gave me a pizza with a sticker that wasn’t properly attached, and I asked for a different sticker because this wasn’t my order and I didn’t want the other customer to think I opened their pizza. The way she spoke felt disrespectful and came across as racist. Very unprofessional.

My friends and I refuse to go to this location because of one employee. She is rude and mean. She is accusatory and unwelcoming. If I see her working I walk out of the building. She’s made me cry on multiple occasions. If you hate working with people stop working in customer service. I understand people are rude (I myself work customer service), however I try my best to be polite and patient, but when I’m being yelled at because I’m willingly letting others cut in front of me because I don’t know what I want yet.

The employee that answered the phone at 18:15 today (Dec 3,2025), was very professional and helpful.. Super nice dude, Thank you..( I am very terrible at names,apologies ). Overall the service was efficient and very courteous.

Amazing place to get my coffee I come here at 6:45 on the dock every morning go through the drive-through and get my double double and my breakfast sandwich they always know who I am really friendly. I’ve been coming for years a very, very happy with the service.
