I have been to better Tim Hortons locations. The staff does not give much of a “friendly” vibe, but rather an “I don’t want to be here” vibe. The place is typically unclean. However I understand that this place is located by a high school, making it far more challenging to maintain the space, especially with students flooding in. I don’t blame the staff though, it gets tough!
The food and drinks are just fine 👍.
Regarding the atmosphere, it does get pretty noisy and crowded, and people love to leave their trash all over the place (not very nice).

Manager Venus was unprofessional and rude. Screaming at employees and refusing to assist customers.
Staff was distracted and customers were lined up and being ignored.
More than 1 customer complained and no one was helpful.
This manager has been unprofessional on multiple occasions, often being rude to employees and shoving them aside when I'm trying to order food.
The rice bowls are also half-full and not as good as other nearby locations.

The manager Venus hired me and told me to send my personal information including my SIN and ID Through WhatsApp, which is unprofessional and unsecured.
When I sent it through a secure password-protected link she insisted I send her my information unsecured and told me the owner wouldn't like it.
They made me wait 3 days to get a response, then rudely asked me to update my information.
I didn't respond as I was dealing with a crisis. Venus waited 23 hours before rudely withdrawing my employment and sending a (😊) emoji.
Incompetent and unprofessional. Retaliatory and Condescending.

Probably the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Went in a completely empty drive thru and ordered a tea. Was sitting there for 10 minutes.

Too much attitude/behaviour taking an order from a senior lady customer. I think name is Marsh, please teach her more customer service manners to be fit for the role. I couldn’t resist me not to post a review for a random customer. When you see those attitudes, you get pissed off easily. Tim hortons has set a bar to customer service, only few odd employees like this like to lower it.

Your staff pretends not to see clients waiting to be served. Then they're not helpful at all. When one wants to activate an offer, you get told you only allowed one offer. You ask the staff member to cancel the order as they are not able to help you deactivate an offer. They insist you need to pay for the offer you want to deactivate, do not know how to do it and staff member does not know as well. This was really a unpleasant situation as the are very agitated when having to help and assist the elderly. Will not buy at this Tim Hortons again.
There's a guy named Carl that was cleaning, he was really friendly and have a cute smile. 10/10 Service and Hospitality🙂↕️

Horrible morning working they have no life they take 20 mins to get a coffee. I ordered at 6:01am they thought I didn’t even order it until I showed them the transaction. And had to tell them my name. Horrible morning workers they have people waiting outside for the first few mins while they are all on their phone… horrible place
