Drive thru is horrible. Wait was long today. You order then get to window and are given the wrong order and they say they dont have your order and then the question was did you place an order at drive thru...say what?!?!?! insert smacking my head picture here...Also it would be great if they used the menu board to see what you ordered at drive thru. Sometimes they use it sometime not. We just ordered 2 coffee's. Using the written part on the order board would certainly also assist some people who are hearing impaired and reading it confirms your order 👍. Today a pile of garbage from people hanging out asking for money. No people just garbage today most days its both. Maybe management should do something as it's always a mess.ugh...enough said.

I head down to Tim’s on a very cold morning like today and I was early 5 minutes. I knocked on the door so they could see me I got the attention of Marsha which looked me unpleasantly and nudge her head at me and yelled and said we still have 5 minutes till 6am I said it is freezing cold out please let me in I wouldn’t order till 6am no problem and she just ignored me and tried so hard not to do any eye contact with me 4 minutes into the freezing cold and there was one minute left and she still tried so hard to not make any eye contact so i again knocked on the door and she looked me worriedly as if I was not a customer or something someone from the outside while I was knocking and she opened the door right at 6am started to tell me to f off and wait and I said it was cold and I had already been standing here for 4 minutes and he replied and said In front of her I don’t give a F and she didn’t even bother to deescalate the situation once me and that other person who started harassing me while on your premises he started to threaten me and tell me I would have a bad day if I wasn’t going to shut up cuz I was standing up for myself and all Tim’s employees watched this interaction happen without them trying to deescalate the situation when I walked in I told Marsha which is the lady refused to let me in 1 minute early that she should have more human decency and the guy that I was harassed by replied and said shut the F up and wait and all this is happening and your Tim’s team did nothing to make sure I was safe even tho I can stand up for myself it would have been nice to see that times employees standing up for their customers. This was no way to treat a customer Marsha. Marsha was very inconsiderate and very unpleasant and unprofessional I understand it might have been the rules that the doors don’t open till 6am but by me telling her I was freezing out she should have made an exception but instead she tried hard not to make any eye contact and keep me out in the cold I don’t understand what kind of human decency does this employee have. The bathrooms are extremely gross and not cleaned. No soap in any dispenser. Not even sanitizer in the building, the tables and chairs are always dirty. I don't recommend this location at all

Got a large Americano DD... it was pure water, cream and sugar, I know, I used to work at Tim's and would calibrate the cream a sugar my self without being asked, for $7.80 an hour, sorry if I'm a little mad these days.
Fun fact, my double stack breakfist sandwich(bacon, sausage, egg, cheese) only came with sausage... nice.
Paid extra for a strong coffee and a big sandwich... all I got was a hashbrown, an empty sandwich and a watered/creamed/sugared down cup of hot water.... ... ... I don't think I've ever thrown a whole meal away befor. Thanks for that.

I had really bad experience with their staff i placed online order, i showed my receipt to their whole staff that this my order. I was in rush that’s why i placed online. They my 7mins up there without making my order. And because they are not checking there system they all were busy just to see my receipt. I had to left from there with picking my order. And i already paid for this.

My spouse ordered us & our daughter breakfast this morning, we had a problem with our card but gave her the cash. She & another employee started laughing & speaking in their language. We doubled checked before driving off & they kept telling us we have nothing else, that’s your order. Respectfully we just took a minute to make sure we had everything. They kept laughing as we drove off & was a very disrespectful experience.

You could tell it was directed towards us as it wasn’t a friendly laughing co worker banter. I think it should be communicated to serve some respect in the customer service industry & respectfully not speak your language.

I asked the Indian lady if the offer is for two drink. she responded with attitude and tone, “if you see two, it’s for two, go to details for you to see the information”. I responded with attitude since she’s not being nice, “it doesn’t say that’s why I’m asking”.
Next time do not bring your attitude to the store and it seems she didn’t even took a bath.

seating area is good what’s really bad is the restrooms these pics are from 2 different weeks one of the has a needle on the floor & at least one of the stalls never has toilet paper.

I ordered an ice cap and drove away never tried it till I got home to find out that it wasn't an ice cap at all it was like iced milk with the tiniest espresso flavor the whole ice cap was white I don't even know how the person that handed it to me didn't notice it didn't even look like an ice cap
