Been going to this tims for about a year on the way to work (last resort). Just like the other Tim Hortons locations, this one provides the same heart and hustle as the rest of them. I won’t eat the food but on the day they raised their coffee price, my two cream one sugar came out 1 cream 3 sweetener. Just another kick in the bag. Usually I get one that tastes like dirt water, which I attribute to them running the same coffee grounds through the system a few times. Kind of like a soup I would imagine eating in the depression. They can’t keep getting away with this can they?

Service in the afternoon and evening is oftentimes garbage, staff have trouble understanding simple orders, ask to repeat multiple times, leaving the customer frustrated. Would not recommend.

It’s 6am I understand everyone is tired, however I went inside to skip the drive though line and I’m glad I did or I would have been served incorrectly.
The older lady with a slight underbite was quite rude. I ordered a double stack on a croissant- it’s the only thing I order. She said oh sorry i charge you for a box, but noticed she wasn’t actually making my correct order, but instead a loaded bowl… then after correcting her she tried to refund me just for the box but continued to make the loaded bowl, a third time- no ma’am it’s a double stack on a croissant — then the 4th time she finally started making it and used the wrong egg. All while being extremely obnoxious and rude as if *I* was the one making the mistake, thank god i didn’t go in the drive thru. This location tends to just focus on time rather than quality of service. Which ironically end up taking more time trying to correct the issue.
