Went to have a coffee the cashier Raman as I reached smirked as probably it took me fraction of second to know she was ready for taking the next order .
I ordered a latte and she preferred to give the coffee to the gentleman who ordered after me .

Anyhow when I was served my coffee it was cold and nothing but cold milk when asked she came back with a frown and unpleasant look ,took the coffee no apologies nothing !
Later was served by hot drink by another girl.
It was a sad and disappointing experience.
I hope when they serve the least they can do is smile if not atleast don’t spread negativity!

Disappointed Yet Again at Mahogany Tim Hortons

This isn’t my first negative experience at this location—it’s the third time we’ve been let down, and all of our orders were placed through mobile.

1st time: While I was waiting for my mobile order, I saw a staff member drop a paper cup on the floor, then pick it up and use it without replacing it. Everything was clearly visible from my side of the counter.
2nd time : I was in rush and ordered a small plain coffee, and it took over five minutes to prepare—far longer than expected for such a simple item.
Today’s experience: I placed an order at 5:12 PM for two garlic breads, one coffee, and one French vanilla. I waited until 5:30 PM just for the garlic bread. Meanwhile, I was handed a cold coffee, which I ended up drinking at the counter.
Both ladies ignored my presence at the counter, there wasn't a huge line up.

This pattern of poor service and lack of attention to detail is frustrating, especially when using mobile orders that should streamline the process.

I have a industrial cleaner metal like soap taste in mouth after eating a egg and cheese on a biscuit from here.
I ordered this for take out on Monday morning and still have the taste in my mouth and can smell it. I have visited this Tims before and the place is pretty good generally but this is last visit was scary and I am no idea what I may have ingested! Not sure if they had cleaned the grill with a cleaner before cooking the eggs.
