Always love coming here to have my coffee and donuts anytime of everyday but love it even more when Riza is there to greet and serve me! Such a happy employee and trust worthy of my orders! Some have awful smell it lingers in my coffee.

Whenever I'm at Tim Hortons, I always prefer Riza to serve my drinks. She's fast, efficient, and reliable.

I especially appreciate her after a bad experience when my cup had a terrible smell, and the staff refused to replace it, even after I told them I couldn’t tolerate the odor.

With Riza, I’m confident my orders are always in good hands. Plus, she’s always happy to see customers, which makes you want to come back every day!

Tim Hortons Mahogany, please ensure that your staff maintains proper hygiene. And assuming that the short girl is a manager (punjabi) she's always in the wrong place to scold her people in front of customer. When the Staff (Riza) Only greet us with a smile.

Washrooms for all should be clean and available. As a woman, I do not want to use a men’s washroom that is unflushed and wet with splashes around the sink. Gross.

I recently went to Tim Hortons for a white pistachio latte, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While I ordered it with whipped cream and toppings, my drink arrived completely bare. When I went back to ask for the missing additions, I was met with disbelief and questioning from three different staff members. They didn't believe my initial order, and even after insisting, they still seemed hesitant. Eventually, they reluctantly added whipped cream but still didn't include the curls topping. Even after receiving my latte for the second time, my order was still incorrect. This lack of attention to detail and the dismissive attitude of the staff left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I'm hoping this was just a one-time occurrence, but I'll be thinking twice before ordering from Tim Hortons again.

We are in Canada, and we should speak English. Unbelievable that the employees barely speak English, and with such strong Punjabi accent. I had to say 3 times what I want and ended up pointing up to the screen behind them to get what I want (not in drive through where speakers could be an issue - this was in person inside). Working with customers there should be minimum requirements in English proficiency. Also, employees don’t speak English between each other which is official language as far as I know and they are commenting customers giving looks and pointing fingers.

Staff always speak their language, unprofessional, no courtesy, ordered some harbareno chicken and no chicken included in the bowl, disappointed, not paying attention to customers as distracted, etc

Came in looking to buy 12 donuts for a get together with some friends, unfortunately one of the donuts would run out of stock if I got the 4 types I wanted to get. They informed me they would charge me double if I got them as they would run out.

If I’m going to be spending double I’ll just go to mavericks and get MUCH better donuts.

They water down the coffee and the donuts are stale. There's one across the street in Auburn, maybe it's better, maybe it's owned by the same entity. Either way, I'm switching

I thought the Seton location was the worst one, I was wrong. Lined up out the door at 430pm. One person taking orders and making them while the other worker kept cleaning a machine and ignoring everyone

Waited for my coffee and a bagel for like 10 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. There are 6-7 workers and only one was making the food! While the other workers were standing around doing nothing Not to mention there was like eight customers waiting with me! Time management isn’t a thing here and that’s a problem and when they are making your order they are very slow! So if you’re in a rush to get coffee don’t bother stopping here! Also, when there was another customer asking for the managers name and number they were a little argumentative and wouldn’t give it so the customer had to ask another staff member. Don’t waste your time coming here.
