Strange to have a location right across the street from another. For this timmies here though, nothing too special going on, just like any other one you'll find in Calgary. Foods a bit overpriced, not the greatest quality and service is decent. This place is truly the definition of mid. I always love a good donut, but now with Krispy Kreme I'd come here less.

We order from here somewhat regularly being in the community. Today was the 3rd time I had bits of egg shell in my breakfast sandwich. The eggs are almost always cooked to the point they are greying, and today the bacon was barely cooked - I had to cook it further myself at home. Also the English muffin portion is often soaked in grease. Overall not good at all.

Staff weren’t that friendly They don’t serve grilled cheese here, but it’s a smaller location so that’s probably why Ordered a chicken BLT with no tomato and I got a sandwich with bacon and lettuce, asked them to put chicken on it because that’s what I paid for and they said they weren’t allowed to take it back and had to pay $4 more for a piece of chicken so I could make the sandwich myself.

Well went to this location on Saturday December 6th, 2025. I ordered a steeped tea and a coffee. Once done I waited to side for my order, a few people after me received their order. I ask team member if I was waiting for steeped tea. She looked at me and said of course. So I watched her go to steeped tea pot which had maybe a small size left in it which it was on top of machine. So then she took the pot with the old tea and put it under the pot and only put one bag of steeped tea in the filter and added the newer tea to the old pot. I know for a full pot you use 2 packs of tea. So I am to assume that steeped tea is not always fresh. Very disappointed with the Mahogany Plaza SE Calgary location.
