I order today June 23, 2025 as a regular customer i ordered CARAMEL TOFFEE LATTE (HOT). When i tasted it it was only a regular latte i go back with a smile but she’s having a facial expressions that i don’t like she throw it and told me, ma’am it was a caramel latte and i told her i want the caramel toffe latte and she said “WE DON’T HAVE THAT” and i said that’s impossible i just ordered yesterday and she said “WHERE DID YOU ORDER IT” i said here i just kinda forgat to tell her that is in there menu. Ay first i ask for a plate she’s giving me a “DRINK TRAY &. A FOOD TRAY”

This store is always so severely understaffed it's ridiculous. You will wait a long time while watching 1 or 2 people run around frantically trying to serve people.
Do yourself a favour, do the staff a favour and don't come here.

I live in the southwest I work in the northeast and believe you need the difference in service between the two sectors of town is immeasurable. I went to use the washroom at this Timmy‘s yesterday dirty tampons all over the floor. Use the next stall I go there this morning. It’s still there. Nobody even cleaned it never mind that there’s at least eight people inside the store waiting to be served, and everyone was paying attention to the guys in the cars. You’re worried about the cars orders eight of us were waiting. They called out one lady and she helped one person disappeared and one man said oh you’ve been complaining since you walked in the store well, if you’re serving food in a business and your bathroom has dirty crap in it that shows me that you don’t care and I don’t wanna go back there ever again? I don’t even like Tim Hortons coffee I was buying coffee for my co-workers of whom I shall tell everyone about this treatment and we will all go elsewhere… Deerfoot trail construction workers go elsewhere… with so Honestly, I think I should call the health board …
