Horrible experience in this location as when I was ordering through the window the lady kept yelling at me. It was early so it was not busy AT ALL and they still took almost 20 minutes to bring out my food. People here are not kind and you can tell that they don’t like the job they are doing. Not going there again. I would give them 0 stars but not possible with these reviews.

Recently visited Tim Hortons for a quick lunch, and was quite satisfied with my experience there. The food was nice and warm, and I barely had to wait for my order to be done. The service was satisfactory with the staff being quite nice and polite towards me. Would recommend to others and would go again.

Yesterday night December 2, 2025 I ordered as usual from this location since it’s close to our work place so they give the order missing one item, I reordered an other one that I discovered that it was included in the previous one so when I called the restaurant to check if they can cancel it, I was surprised by a clever staff shouting on me in a rude and irresponsible manner as if I’m begging her for charity while my only concern was either to cancel the order or give me a credit to use later one… I’m wondering how such a well known place hiring such person…she told me I don’t care of you or of any other one, and added don’t ordered any more from this location!!!!!! Sincerely I won’t ever order again from them and I think they will have no more clients and then the owner who will face a financial issues since these type of staff who are so rude and aggressive with a small issue like that will let the business to a terrible situation.

This place has been a staple growing up in this neighbourhood. The staff is spectacular, and the food always comes out hot and fresh! Sometimes the tables are left messy though, but apart from that, nice place!

What a huge disappointment, I go here because it's 3 minutes from my place. Never again supporting such a slow location.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The food was awful, and the service was really bad. I even saw one of the employees picking his nose and then serving coffee — that’s disgusting. I won’t be coming back.

A bit slow service as there were only 1 girl working the other one was on her break but she did come sometimes to take orders but it was alright regular wait time that you expect they were all friendly. The interior could use some renovation it's a bit older style and the seats are not cushioned. The chicken wrap was very filling and best eaten while warm there. The donuts section had some big flies around it which is why one star taken off. Overall it's an alright experience.
