i’ve been going to this tim’s for a while now because it it conveniently close to my work, but they are consistently very slow and mess up on the orders a lot. paying an extra 50 cents for mayo on a wrap you would expect to get it, asking for oat milk in a coffee, you’d hope they would do that as well, and you would think ordering one item ahead of time would be quicker, no. you’re still going to wait over 10 mins for that one item, even if they don’t have other customers to care for. this tim’s is bonkers and i will stop going here. making me late for work over one item is not worth it.

Ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese, which was an extra $2.00. Tell me where the cream cheese even is? Was very disappointed, then I ordered a medium blackberry yuzu lemonade quencher, what i was given, thankfully a medium blackberry yuzu sparkling water infused quencher. Was absolutely disgusting, and i’m very disappointed. I understand the rush and how stressful the environment can be working in fast food but costumer satisfaction is always a top priority. Especially that we are paying for the food, the food should be in good quality and made in a reasonable time frame. This location seems to forget that and in the making, makes horrible food and very upset costumers. If this job isn’t for you, don’t apply here and go work somewhere else. I am very disappointed.

Terrible service and complete disrespect to customers.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. The staff provided no proper service and showed a completely careless attitude. I had a valid discount issued directly through the official app, but the employees refused to apply it, simply deciding not to honor it.
What is the point of using your app and promotions if your own staff ignores them? This feels misleading and unprofessional. No effort was made to resolve the issue, no explanation, just indifference.
Very disappointed. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this location to anyone. If a company cannot honor its own offers or train staff to treat customers with basic respect, that’s unacceptable.

I went this morning and was there for about 20 mins. I was appalled at how rude the red-shirted cashier (I'm assuming she's of Nepali origin from her accent) was to another employee (whose name starts with an R). The cashier yelled at R in front of the customers, nagged her incessantly and loudly for everyone to hear for the entirety of my visit. In fact, I waited for 3 mins for her to take my order because she was busy talking down to R. The unprofessionalism and lack of decency was mind-boggling. Everyone in the dinning area kept turning back to see what was happening behind the counter because the cashier kept berating R loudly. R made the best Farmers' Breakfast Wraps my partner and I've had in ages and I let her know and found out her name that way. We decided to leave even before finishing our meal because of the disturbance. I won't step foot in an establishment that hires bullies.

The thing with chain restaurants is that you know how things are ā€˜supposed’ to be. My BLT was SO underwhelming. Very little bacon - maybe one paper thin slice ripped up? Two very thin tomatoes and one small piece of limp lettuce. Negligible mayo. The bun is much smaller than it once was. The Boston Cream donut was insufficiently glazed. The whole thing feels like a rip off.

One of the slowest locations I've ever been at. Staff was surprised I wanted cutlery with the scrambled egg box. šŸ™„. Then they didn't give me any napkins.
