I ordered my food on my way to work. I work quite far away. When I got to work and started eating I found a hair in my food. Not just on top but IN the food. And the drink was way too sweet to drink, definitely mixed wrong. I called the Tim’s and their only option was to come back for another. 1) I’m far away. 2) I don’t want the same thing I just got grossed out by. They need a better process.
Ordered English breakfast tea, waited like 15 minutes at the order pickup area and then after the 15 minutes was told they don't have English breakfast tea

There are often line ups in here and it doesn’t make things go faster when the staff who operate the register also have to make the sandwiches and hot food. Tables don’t get wiped too often and I notice my coffee is colder here than in other locations. The staff is friendly though.
