Worst Tim Hortons experience. After paying, we were told that the cards we purchased weren’t in stock. Followed by the bucket we payed for was not in stock. While waiting the thirty minutes for these a sandwich and coffee, 5 sandwiches returned. Definitely not like their other stores

I typically don't write reviews but when i experience really bad service, i like to give people a heads up. I have worked in customer service for years and know a thing or two about treating customers with respect and acknowledgement. I have came into this Tom hortons multiple times and have noticed i am in there for much longer than needed. Employees doing other tasks and ignoring customers at the front is extremely frustrating and doesn't look good for the company. These employees ignore customers so bad i have had to leave because I wasn't served. I'm not sure how Tim hortons trains their employees but i would suggest to go over some customer experience work with them.

They prioritize Skip and Uber no one should have to wait 10 minutes in line when you’re the only one in the restaurant to just have to leave empty handed. This happens almost everyday. Only time service is good is when the manager/assistant manager are on the floor.

Come here often, but as soon as I tried the protein latte with vanilla syrup and the farmers breakfast sandwich, I had a stomachache the entire day resulting in vomiting and stomach cramps. The ordeal lasted till 4am.
Never coming back to this particular location.

I really struggled leaving this review as the staff themselves are lovely, there’s just not enough people working! The wait times are unbelievable, and I just don’t have an extra 15 minutes to wait for a coffee because two poor staff members are backlogged making food orders. Please hire more staff and I will come here daily!

Golden Haven

I came in this morning at around 11:30. One of the employees was scolding the other employee so loudly that the whole store was absolutely disturbed. Poor girl was being scolded too harshly as well, trying her best to learn. If i worked in a place like that and that was how management or team members were treating me, i would leave on the spot and not tolerate that disrespect. Do better.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was very understaffed when I visited in the morning, only two employees were working, they are always only 1 or 2 employees only, and the wait time was extremely long. While my order was correct and the staff did their best under the circumstances, the management really needs to schedule more people. The line was out the door, and my friend eventually gave up waiting. Not the staff’s fault at all—they were working hard—but the overall experience was frustrating.

It was the worst experience. I placed a mobile order and they still hadn’t prepared my order after 15mins of my coming to pick it up. After helping everyone else who had not made a mobile order, they told me my order was never made. Then they got the order wrong and she picked my timbits with her hands without gloves on. I had ordered a coffee Mocha and got just a plain hot chocolate. She blamed the new guy. The breakfast wrap was not made with what I ordered

It’s difficult to order food when you are trying to give instructions to people who do not speak basic English, who do not know how to follow a multi-step task, and who do not seem to have a sense of urgency. Going here is like a wonderful microcosm of the downfall of this country.
