I think they recently hired new staff. I can appreciate being new to a job and unsure but please remind your staff to say hi and maybe smile. I came through the drive through and said hello and was immediately accosted by blank faces, the card reader in my face and my total, nothing else was ever said to me. Additionally, I ordered 3 types of timbits and 2 of them were wrong.

I was in the bathroom and a female employee came in I imagine to clean, she saw my feet underneath the stall. She cussed me out and left. I left the bathroom and she’s out there talking to my friend, that was fine until my friends told me she was out there talking badly about me, telling me I should’ve locked the door (mind you this wasn’t a private bathroom, it has stalls and urinals, so it’s not a 1 person bathroom, otherwise I should agree, I should’ve). I find it very disrespectful to trash talk a customer due to your own fault

This place is good for meeting friends for lunch or brunch. Fast service and nice atmosphere and you can hear your conversation, not too loud. Food is always good and coffee always hot

Worst tim Hortons in the city. 3 time in the last two weeks I've gone there and when I get to the pickup windows they are out of dark roast. 2 days ago I ordered my regular dark roast with one milk only to find out it was a double double after driving halfway to work. I've been getting coffee here for the last 6 years without any problems. I'm not sure what changed but I'll be getting my coffee at a different location from now on.

The staff working has no etiquettes of talking to the customers always talking back and made people embarrass in front of others not to mention they couldn’t get the order right and getting mad at me that I was not loud enough and if I was not loud then you could have asked that can you speak louder it’s that simple Miss cynthia please fix your attitude and if can’t it’s better to work other shifts than ruining others day in morning

My sister ordered DoorDash from this place, and there were tiny bugs in my sandwich. I noticed a dark spot on the tomato and realized something was moving. Absolutely disgusting

It takes 20 minutes to get your pcukup order ready. We could have done the drive through 6 times before we got our food. They also keep the roll up the rim cups for themselves.
You'll also get blocked in by the vehicles in the drive through.

Just had a Breakfast sandwich combo and the coffee (Black) was so Hot that I burned my lips and tongue. UNDRINKABLE! The spuds were way too cold. The Sandwich was a bit dry and over overcooked. ** Someone From this restaurant responded to my review and I am unable to contact them. Even using the app.. Too bad.
