It takes 20 minutes to get your pcukup order ready. We could have done the drive through 6 times before we got our food. They also keep the roll up the rim cups for themselves.
You'll also get blocked in by the vehicles in the drive through.

Just had a Breakfast sandwich combo and the coffee (Black) was so Hot that I burned my lips and tongue. UNDRINKABLE! The spuds were way too cold. The Sandwich was a bit dry and over overcooked. ** Someone From this restaurant responded to my review and I am unable to contact them. Even using the app.. Too bad.

I’m disappointed with my order for an Ice Capp. You’d expect that paying extra for whipped topping would be worth it, but receiving just a dab—compared to what we used to get at Tim’s—is pretty disappointing. With all the shrinkflation and prices going up, it feels like we’re getting less for more. I’m not sure if this is the case at all Timmies or if it’s being pushed by the corporation or the franchise owner. Either way, I’m frustrated that the extra cost barely made a difference. Don’t tell me I’m the only one who remembers what an Ice Cap used to be with proper toppings!

This morning before work I stopped by Tim Hortons to enjoy a beverage. After ordering an expensive beverage, I asked the server, a woman in her late 50s, if I could use the washroom. She looked conflicted. But said yes. I grabbed my bag that I had placed at a table, and she said, 3 times while waiting for me, I am over here waiting for you to use the washroom. I told her I had to grab my bag first. When she saw that I had a bag, she said I couldn't take the bag into the washroom with me. I told her I am not going to leave it at the table, it could be stolen. And she warned me to not take a long time in the washroom, to be in and out quickly. I realized she was assuming I was a drug addict, using the washroom to do drugs in. I am dressed in office clothing, dresses pants and shirt, well groomed after a shower, and I am mature. She told me again no bag and to hurry in washroom. When I realized this is what she thought of me, I said, I am not leaving my bag outside the washroom, and I added I am not a drug addict. When I got out of the washroom I said calmly, "You are an extremely rude human being. You made assumptions about me that were uncalled for. " She rushed away from me so she didn't need to be confronted with her lack of hospitality and beyond rude accusations. Neither did she apologize to me. If I were the manager or owner, I would terminate her employment immediately. She has lost my patronage, and I can only imagine I am not the first. What on earth would give a minimum wage server at Tim Hortons the right to make this assumption and to express it loudly when there is no indication that I am a drug addict and gave her no reason to assume it? If you've been verbally assaulted by her as a patron, please speak up. What a truly rude, unthinking and bad example she makes for Tim Hortons.

I only use the drive through to get massive boxes of Timbits and emergency coffees for people I don't know well and I would say its a hit about 80-90% of the time with low cost and minimal effort. No complaints here from me other than I wish I could actually drink the coffee but since they sold out their coffee to MCDs I cannot.
Kid-friendliness: Timbits please kids almost always!

This is probably the 3rd time out of 5 times my order had been wrong at this location. This time I was asked to clarify myself over 5 times and somehow this order was still wrong. Just for a drink, by the way. Who puts cream and creamer? The employees in the back were laughing at this whole disaster as well so clearly I was audible. Pretty much done with this location pfft

This is the second time they have put the butter packets on top of the hot soup. Quality control would go along way

Food is good, but teach customer service. Today around 2:30pm. A black lady was taking rudely to everyone. She was kind of yelling on guy in drive thru. Dispensary action should be taken.

I'm not sure what's going kn with thus store but I get the same order everything and they somehow to get it wrong every. Single. Time. I get a lunch BLT on a Bagel with cream cheese instead of mayo, in which I pay extra for, and they never do that, and ingrt sweetener instead of sugar because I can't have sugar and 9/10 times they don't put anything but cream in it. This is a regular occurrence as I work in the area and I sadly have to go to this location.
Maybe try to retrain your employees to actually read the food ticket instead of going into auto pilot.

Worst service ever! This is clearly a management issue when it comes to hiring the right staff. I went through the drive-through, and the person taking my order was extremely rude. It seemed like he didn’t enjoy his job and was forcing himself to do it. When I asked for his name, he didn’t respond and wasn’t wearing a name tag either. I’m definitely not going back to this location.
