Got a surprise bag via too good to go. everything was absolutely inedible. Total disappointment. 4 bagels stoney hard tried warming them up but still couldn't chew, so directly went into compost.

Always getting wrong orders. I placed order online for Oreo ice capp and I got regular ice cap. This happened two times. Staff doesn’t know how to make oreo capp which is in their menu.

All I’m going to say is that I always return to Tim Hortons who fill my iced capp past the lid line. These are why these lids are made!!! Also very good service, the guy working seems like a cool man.

Got my order wrong twice.
I came in on August 18th at 10:15am in the morning, and the person making my noodle soup, gave me the wrong order, and no butter on my bread.
Disgusting, bread without butter is duck food.

Tim Horton supposed to be close by 10 pm. But I don't know why the worker close the store at 9:40 pm.
They should keep it open till 10 pm otherwise they should change their closing time on Google. To 9:40pm.

Don't recommend this place... the item I ordered was out of stock, but she told me to come back tomorrow when the manager is there, so I had to go there again the next day. I got a refund, but they weren't kind the whole time. I don't think I'm going to visit this location again.
