Stopped in for a bagel and a muffin and left impressed. Sebastian greeted me with a smile, took my order with genuine friendliness, confirmed the details, and had everything ready quickly. He checked that the bagel and muffin were fresh and offered napkins without me asking—small touches that show he cares about the guest experience. Even with a few people in line, he stayed calm, efficient, and welcoming.

I just left Beddington Tim Hortons, it's Extremly busy today, the busiest I've ever seen it. But the staff are working the best they can with the rush they have. We didn't wait too long for coffee or tea, drinks like ice caps and chills etc. Take a bit longer to wait for. Buy overall good.
Anyway my biggest review goes to a woman Named Joy, she worked the sandwich counter this morning at 10 am when i was there like a god damn PRO. I stood there and watched her make 10 breakfast sandwiches in 2 minutes. I shit you not. She had an amazing system going.. with NO HELP.. Sandwich orders coming through like wild fire.. had my 2 breakfast wraps done like 10 seconds after the 10 breakfast sandwiches. I know in any type of retail or food services people like her don't get recognized enough for there skill, and determination to make customers happy.
Please acknowledge how hard of a worker she is, with a smile that never left her face the whole time. Much respect to those who work these jobs. It's not easy.
Girl take yourself out for a drink later, you deserve it!! I will be coming back to see that smile..

What an embarrassment to a Canadian franchise, half the staff doesn't speak fluent english and the food was terrible. This Tim Hortons should not be in business.
Doors were closed at 9:50. Suspect seeing lights getting off early. Not recommended for last moment shoppers. She was caring some recycled cans in her hand at precisely 9:55 and confirmed that the main door was closed or not, then she just left. I personally knocked on the door but no one even responded during its working hours. I think I might have to stop getting my food from you guys after this experience.

The crew member wearing glasses did not appear friendly and didn’t smile while taking our order. We ordered two chicken bowls, but only one was entered, so I had to make two separate transactions. I also ordered coffee, which was only lukewarm, even though the advertisement claims it’s always fresh.music in the Dining area was too loud also the tables are dirty.Overall, a very disappointing .
