I wish I could give zero start for this location. One of Asian cashiers was already very cranky when she took my order(tea).. I asked a sleeve for the tea, she just stared at me without doing anything...just staring. Very weird and rude cashier.

Stopped in for a bagel and a muffin and left impressed. Sebastian greeted me with a smile, took my order with genuine friendliness, confirmed the details, and had everything ready quickly. He checked that the bagel and muffin were fresh and offered napkins without me asking—small touches that show he cares about the guest experience. Even with a few people in line, he stayed calm, efficient, and welcoming.
I just left Beddington Tim Hortons, it's Extremly busy today, the busiest I've ever seen it. But the staff are working the best they can with the rush they have. We didn't wait too long for coffee or tea, drinks like ice caps and chills etc. Take a bit longer to wait for. Buy overall good.
Anyway my biggest review goes to a woman Named Joy, she worked the sandwich counter this morning at 10 am when i was there like a god damn PRO. I stood there and watched her make 10 breakfast sandwiches in 2 minutes. I shit you not. She had an amazing system going.. with NO HELP.. Sandwich orders coming through like wild fire.. had my 2 breakfast wraps done like 10 seconds after the 10 breakfast sandwiches. I know in any type of retail or food services people like her don't get recognized enough for there skill, and determination to make customers happy.
Please acknowledge how hard of a worker she is, with a smile that never left her face the whole time. Much respect to those who work these jobs. It's not easy.
Girl take yourself out for a drink later, you deserve it!! I will be coming back to see that smile..

What an embarrassment to a Canadian franchise, half the staff doesn't speak fluent english and the food was terrible. This Tim Hortons should not be in business.
