Stopped in for a bagel and a muffin and left impressed. Sebastian greeted me with a smile, took my order with genuine friendliness, confirmed the details, and had everything ready quickly. He checked that the bagel and muffin were fresh and offered napkins without me asking—small touches that show he cares about the guest experience. Even with a few people in line, he stayed calm, efficient, and welcoming.

I just left Beddington Tim Hortons, it's Extremly busy today, the busiest I've ever seen it. But the staff are working the best they can with the rush they have. We didn't wait too long for coffee or tea, drinks like ice caps and chills etc. Take a bit longer to wait for. Buy overall good.
Anyway my biggest review goes to a woman Named Joy, she worked the sandwich counter this morning at 10 am when i was there...

I love this location tbh here, 😀 the owner is awesome and so friendly the staff are fun they always say hi to me and ask how my day is going. Thank you for just being my go to Tim's every day.
