Every morning I look forward to going through the drive through as the staff members are so friendly and knowledgeable . Always have an up beat attitude which starts my morning off great every morning ! I moved 3 years ago to another part of town but every morning on my way to work I take the detour to continue to go to the McKenzie Lake Tim Hortons .

Excellent customer service! I will drive 5 km out of my way every morning to visit the friendly staff at this Tim Hortons. The drive thru service is very fast and food always very good The staff know my order by heart and greet me by my first name which is so nice. Can’t say enough about the awesome service!

Usually, I have a good experience with this place. The morning drive-thru crew is excellent!
The issue comes from ordering limited-time/seasonal items from the Tim Hortons app as it allows me to order and pay for these items even when they are not available at this location.
This morning, I ended up having to replace what I ordered with a cheaper item than what I paid for. No refund was offered.
The same day, I ordered a different seasonal drink for pickup and ended up getting some mystery drink that didn't taste good at all. I know this because my partner who went in to pick up the order overheard the employees discussing what to do.
I understand that it is not the employees' faults that these seasonal items are not available, but ripping off the customer or trying to decieve them is definitely what not to do!
